All good except like any airport hotel people leaving and coming all hours and lots of people are inconsiderate and loud. Not the hotels fault though; the hotel was great!

You should improve the breakfast at the restaurant. It is too big and too expensive. Many people could not finish eating and all became waste. Very bad for the earth. It is too pricy as well. Small glass of orange juice costs $8?? Think about it. Think more about the guests and sustainability. Don't take too much advantage of your location.

Very clean,quiet hotel. What I expected from a Sheraton airport hotel.

Room for improvement… hot water not really hot enough (noticed this on two recent visits), coffee is terrible and they only ever leave you two creams for two coffees. Restaurant and staff are amazing. Otherwise room is great.

Staying at this hotel the night before flying out for vacation is a huge treat for us. Super convenient with the skytrain. The hotel has great comfort and a great bar/restaurant to get the vacation excitement started. A little pricey, but as I said, it is a treat.

So you expect a airport hotel to have some sound issues but you don't expect to hear everything and I found that this hotel is very loud.

We’ve been here numerous times when we have an early flight. Everyone is awesome and so is the food.

Like the new lobby bar/resto, dislike the luggage cart policy. Forces handicap folk to use the bellman

Great location as the property is connected to Terminal 3. Easy downtown access via UP Express. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Doesn’t get much better than this for an airport hotel.

The bed was comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The service friendly. And the convenience of being at the airport for an early morning flight was good. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Stayed overnight for morning flight next day. Convenient to take train downtown and of course airport. Lounge was fun with sports on during our stay.

This is a nice hotel with high quality standards. Unfortunately, the room we were given was beside the monorail and the noise from it in our room was unpleasant and kept us awake. As we had an early morning flt that required getting up at 4:45 am we didn’t have time to trying to get a different.
The other issues was that the restaurant was extremely loud and not pleasant

Arrived at the hotel only to find out the water would be shut off between 11pm and 4am. Very disappointing having a 6:15am flight the next morning.

Convenient for catching early flights from Pearson. When we arrived the parking at Terminal 3 was closed. We were forced to park in a different lot away from the hotel which was a huge inconvenience.

It is what you would expect at an airport hotel. Overpriced rooms and unless you become a club member the amenities are the same as every other hotel

Loud train, cars blowing horns all night. Don't want to stay on the front side of the building again. Is the back quieter?

We had an early flight next day so decided to spend extra to stay in the airport. Express checkin should have been easy but there was 1 person on the desk so it still took us around 30 mins. Our room was noisy, with some kind of banging going on nearby until at 1230am we couldn't stand it and called the front desk. After 1pm sometime we were moved to another room - hassle #1. This turned out to be a noisier room as it was next to the train shuttle and terminal roadway. Every 2 mins the train start/stop noise and car horns honking. We called and were moved to a 3rd room. Got to sleep sometime after 3am and up at 545am. Complained online and were offered Bonvoy points. When we said we weren't members they offered 50% refund. I wrote to challenge this but they had already sent it and refused to discuss
Won't be staying there again.
