Sheraton Gateway Hotel in Toronto International Airport

The Hotel is pristine. Truly first class experience.

I found the restaurant staff in the Evening to be rude and in a constant rush prioritising groups and drinkers, making myself an individual wanting to dine at the restaurant to feel like an after thought. Many times I flagged over staff at the bar & waiters but no one could give me a moment of their presence. The bar manager was also directly rude when asking for a coffee in the evening. I really was not impressed by the service. The morning staff were great, I must say and I love you serve Starbucks. The cleanliness and energy of the property is truly top class and I love how you have areas for guests to lounge & the furnishings of the entire place is so cozy, yet perfectly modern and high tech! The finishings are great!

As an aviation enthusiast the views of the airport were excellent. Staff were friendly and offered extended checkout time, for a minimal fee, due to an evening departure time instead of paying for an extra night.

Great hotel, convenient location.

Nothing noted.

Connected to the airport. Obviously very convenient. Service at restaurant after late arrival was excellent and professional.

Waiting for service at reception whilst the staff concluded their conversation. Rude. Be better.
