Located near Toronto Person Airport with a regular 24-hour shuttle running every 30 minutes. Good breakfast, but no restaurant. Lots of restaurants a short Uber ride away. Well furnished and maintained rooms with all the facilities you would expect.

Our flight was late and our reservation expired at midnight, but we managed to confirm the reservation with a credit card with about two minutes to go before midnight.

I like the very good shuttle support and clean room. Breakfast is very good too with many choices.

The decor in the room is quite out-dated and room lighting is inadequate.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, muy buen desayuno, buena cama y amplia habitación,, lo único malo es que

el mismo día del check in me dijieron que mi reserva era insegura porque dijieron que probaron mi tarjeta y era invalida (cosa que no es cierto ya que la use para múltiples reservas y lo cual la mayoría de los hoteles revisa con semanas de anticipación, mi reserva la hice casi 6 meses antes), me dijieron que no podían asegurar mi reserva por la tarjeta y que como estaba casi lleno podían reasignariar a otra persona mi habitación, asique pase el susto de mi vida y más porque no podía hablar con ellos por que estaba viajando en avion. Finalmente si pude quedarme pero no si pasar todo mi vuelo asustada

Welcoming staff at the front desk. The room didn't have carpet odor like other hotels, which was very nice. Very clean room. Love that check-out is at noon. Free breakfast, but we didn't take advantage of it as we slept until 11 am.

No water bottles in the room.

Me equivoqué en las fechas al momento de reservar y aún así me dieron una habitación sin ningún problema. El personal fue muy muy amable en todo momento! Tienen transfer desde y hacia el aeropuerto también y el desayuno es excelente. Muy recomendado.

The staff were excellent and they surprised us with a upgrade for a 30th wedding anniversary and some pop and Munchies in her room. A lovely lovely touch. Also the breakfast is excellent. All in all the best stay ever. Thank you

Location was great- perfect distance from airport after a long journey. Breakfast was good, decent choices and readily replenished.

Price was very high AND we had to pay for parking. Toilet needed to be fixed at 9:30 PM. Cleanliness was fair- at best.

Shuttle service was good / didn't wait too long at the airport / drivers were friendly and helpful / breakfast was good, lots to choose from, good hours / staff at the front desk were also fast checking folks in and out as there was a line up from the shuttle

TV was in an awkward spot to watch / #'s were not visible on the rooms part way down the hall, had to look back to see what room you were at / seemed odd

Very clean spacious rooms with free coffee and teas. Free water and further coffee and tea available at reception and the breakfast was really good! Location was perfect- close to the airport and very easy to get into toronto (free hotel shuttle to terminal 1 and then the UP train to union station). Reception staff were so friendly and helpful and assisted us with booking a trip to niagara falls.
