I had the pleasure of staying at the Pearl Continental Hotel in Lahore, and I must say, my experience was largely delightful. The staff, particularly Diab Khokker, deserves special commendation for their prompt and attentive service. Diab's instant replies truly enhanced the overall experience, ensuring any queries or concerns were swiftly addressed.Moreover, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness maintained by Mureed Abbas, the room cleaning person. Coming back to a spotless room after a long day of exploring Lahore was truly refreshing.However, while the service exceeded expectations, I found the culinary offerings to be lacking. The food, though satisfactory, did not quite meet the high standards one would expect in a city renowned for its culinary delights. I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect, perhaps by diversifying the menu or enhancing the flavor profiles to better reflect the rich culinary heritage of Lahore.Overall, my stay at the Pearl Continental Hotel was enjoyable, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. With a few tweaks to the dining experience, it has the potential to be truly outstanding.

Nice clean, with a good choice of restaurants inside, nice, spacious and quite room; I stayed very limited time to test some more facilities (gym or something else), crowded but good breakfast. I can say basically a real 5 stars

Lack of communication and elevator usage due to Pakistan international cricket team was there. Had to switch up to 2 different elevator to get to my room.. Extremely disappointed!

Room was filthy, main door of my room opened automatically, shower water was stuck in the tub, plumber came and plunged, still problem was there, this hotel shouldn’t even pass two stars. Disgusting !

The hotel is clean and tidy but quite tired. Although it’s big it’s quite lifeless.
