From the few hours we stayed as we were passing through, my wife, German shepherd, and I enjoyed our stay! One thing to be mindful of if you are an EV owner, though, is that of the time of this review that option is just some “regular” (120 V) outlets on the hotels sign. Don’t expect to get a top off overnight. You’d probably be better off “Supercharging” somewhere before or after your stay :)

Facility was clean. Beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Only negative was the elevator and entire 3rd floor smelled like Marijuana the entire time we were there.

Your front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. The only issues we had were the handicap shower and our bed was way too soft. And the barking dog across the hall from us for two days. Other than that the room was clean and spacious and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was amazing not sure of the night shift guy but made me feel very welcomed breakfeast was cold and served out of big containers like the jelly and peanutbutter were not in individual packets

So, with La Quinta they are pet friendly. I love this as I bring my dog but unfortunately a lot of guests do not pick up their dog mess but neither does the hotel. There was an abundance of dog feces everywhere. Also. The website said they provided electric car charging and they do not. This is misleading.

It was a one night stay while traveling to get home after Christmas. Room was clean but the heater was very noisy and would have kept me up if I hadn't been so tired from driving all day. No breakfast offered so that was odd, but there was a Cracker Barrel right next door.

Roaches in tub as well as ceiling cut open. AC screetched so loud had to shut off to sleep. Dont skeep in room 211

I've stayed here several times. Always great experience until this time. The bed in our room was the worse I ever slept on... I didn't sleep well at all and woke so sore and hurting all over. What happened??

Easy to get to off the interstate after a long day driving. Got checked in quickly and the room was clean older looking but clean.

Cockroaches in the bathroom. Dripping bathtub faucet. Room was next to a utility closet with electric panels that gave off a loud humming sound 24/7. Desk said there was nothing they could do about it. Did not sleep well the night we were there because of the noise from the panels coming through the wall.

The first room we had was covered in roaches. Second room we were offered was better (we didn’t see roaches) but was still old and dated.

TV did not work. They couldn't fix. Outside door did not lock said it never did. No hot water said had contacted someone. Ran out of eggs at breakfast, said we're out, no more coming. Horrible experience.

Upon check in the beds were not made. In fact the sheets were folded and laying on the beds. We had to make the beds ourselves and then ask for comforters and pillows. Also, the shower was clogged. I've never walked into a hotel room (after check in time!) and had to make my own bed before!

Do not stay here! We walked into our room in 9/14/23 with our four children and saw 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. We immediately left and the front staff would not refund our money. Then we tried to call to get a refund and couldn’t ever reach a human. Terrible experience all around.

It was a quiet room despite being close to the elevator. room was clean. hotel was fairly clean. coffee was great.

Forced to pay with room with credit card. Should be able to hold room with credit card and then pay cash. Printer did not work to print receipt.
Building has only one functioning elevator.
Needed towels and wash cloths from 2nd nights stay had no wash cloths and the towels were pool towels.
Room needed repainted and carpets needed cleaned.
The clerk assisting me with check in was a new employee and appeared to be capable but the person overseeing her was of no help to her.

Refrigerator died with over $250 worth of food in it after our first night. We contacted staff 3 times that day for assistance with no help. No replacement. Finally replaced after 10pm. Had to replace microwave too. Staff was not helpful and just said they had to call their boss but would not while I was requesting assistance and then compensation for the food lost since it took the entire day to be replaced. The morning of check out I still had no received word from the hotel manager after being assured he would contact me and be there Monday morning when I checked out. He was not there nor has he returned my calls. An hour before check out time I also had a very rude housekeeper open the door to our room. Check out time was on the back of the door in the room as 12 (noon). I took a picture of this for evidence. The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful for the whole process. I requested a full refund but have not heard back from hotel staff, management or hotels.com.

I am very disappointed with this hotel. I had to stay an extra night and my room did not get cleaned at all. I had to go to the desk for towels etc and was charged more than the first night.
