Noisy guest. rooom doors shut very loud Beds are a little on the hard side The room is big spacious. You hear people talking in halls and in their rooms. Not too restful

Was less than stellar.. rooms were not really finished. Large, but air conditioning & heating did not work, tv was broken, no ice maker in the entire wing and bed had bedbugs! Woke up with lines of bites across my back.

This place has definitely seen better days, Definitely the worst double tree I have seen, Pool out of order, The ice machines were out of order, Coffee pot in the room was dirty, Homeless people living in tents across the street, A sign in the parking lot read"police bait car may be in parking lot " We had a knock at our door at 11pm from someone claiming to be maintenance To fix our AC, said we called , But we didn't

got in late, road weary. hotel staff was lovely. my only complaint, is I forgot toothpaste, I thought the front desk should have atleast had some for sale. (I think doubletree even advertises that they have items if you forget...)

Room was dirty

The heat didn’t work, made it very uncomfortable

Kids were running up and down floor 3 until 1am. Very loud

The first thing, the air conditioner did not work. No exhaust fan in the bathroom? No microwave. We had to go two units over to get ice.

The stay was good. Clean room etc.. The service at the restaurant was slow and not friendly. If the lady server doesn't want the job, then find somewhere else to work.

Horrible experience. First, the room we checked into had dirty underwear tucked under the mattress. They transferred us to a different room and this one had dirty cups on the desk, tons of hair on the sink and the hand soap had been used. We got transferred to another room and this one had a broken wand so we couldn’t open the curtains. Lastly, we were denied a late check out. Andrea, the front desk girl, was super rude about it. She wouldn’t allow me to talk to a supervisor regarding my request. Never staying here again.

Outdated and construction in the parking lot.

Room was clean and up to standards but some random guy next door was underage drinking and threatening his girlfriend and us. Causing all night disruption and belligerent actions toward anyone trying to calm him down. Tried calling his friend up to my room to shoot or jump me and my wife for just being there and witnessing his downwards spiral

None of the ice machines worked. The coffee in the room was never replaced. The phone in the room cord was torn. I was allowed music going till midnight every night.

My husband and I stayed at a local hotel for one night. We are attending a multi day conference. It is comforting to have a room available fir resting between sessions. The hotel met our expectations. The check-in was a little off. No welcoming vibe and no cookies! Double tree is known for its chocolate chip cookies. I guess this is another victim of the post pandemic.

Overall an OK hotel. Very clean, large facility with nice conference rooms at the center of star-patterned wings. Lunch buffet had excellent service & food (except weird tasting peach cobbler). No quick way to grab breakfast before a meeting-sit down restaurant available with a long line. Rooms are nice but have a strange smell. Beds are very hard. The parking lot is chopped up by construction fences - some cut off aisles so it’s hard to turn around. Once you find your wing, there is parking nearby. The wing names are posted at the end of the building so you have to drive past to confirm you’re in the right spot. The front desk is helpful, providing a facility map & conference session timing. The television was on with a personal welcome but cable didn’t work so I had men working on my TV for quite awhile to reset/reboot multiple times before finding a cable issue -not what you’re hoping for after a long day of travel. Netflix app available and easy to sign in. Highway noise is noticeable when TV is off.

Stay quiet! Acccess to meeting rooms was great for the rain never had to be outside. Stores and restaurants were convient in driving distance.

Enjoyed stay room was clean for price they should have included coffee and breakfast like other hotels

The Double Tree Sacramento was a lovely hotel. The room are spacious and very clean. The hotel is very near restaurants and a shopping mall.

Perfect stay for the new year

This is a huge hotel but there were literally only 3 guest cars in the parking lot on Christmas. There were homeless campers lining the street, and gunshots going off overnight. There was a truck parked outside my window next to my car and when I looked outside, they waved me away. And, there was a washcloth holding the back entrance from locking. I called the desk and asked if they had security because I felt unsafe. Not a good Christmas night experience.

They allowed us to have an early checked in which was the only great part of our stay. Entering our hotel room it did have a weird smell but looked okay at first glance. Once we were ready to go to bed we noticed stains on our sheets. There were stains that looked like makeup. Also the beds weren’t the most comfortable and the comforter made so much noise with any movement. They also had a banquet going on the weekend we were there and their music was very loud. We could hear it until 1am. Walls were paper thin. Would not recommend. I would not plan a night here again

It was my first time in Sacramento and the stay was very enjoyable. They’ll be seeing me again.

Scattered room accomodations from building to building for families that was there for a wedding. TERRIBLE. Cannot connect with families during 2 days stay because accessabilty is impossible to none. We are very familiar with hotels (hundreds of them) but this is the WORST

Easy access to property location.

Poor service we need to buy drink water, it has coffee machine with out drinkable water, that’s the first time I see it in expensive hotel, after that everything okay

When I tried to check-in Expedia hadn’t sent over my proof of registration, the front desk clerk was very rude to me and my spouse, it took over an hour to get a room , once in the room it was dirty the ceiling had water damage and was brown and yellow and the air conditioner didn’t work, it was a horrible experience a complete nightmare

I enjoyed the stay the only bad thing I was disappointed that my Tub was clogged or something and the water didn’t want to go down.

The temperature in the hotel is to high.
