Everything was ok, food service wasn't good. We didn't know if we had to eat at the restaurant. There was suppose to be breakfast buffet on the weekend. But, we never found the food the room with the buffet in it. Employees weren't to helpful, they wanted us to order from their restaurant. Disappointed

Check-in was a bit condescending by clerk that wore the flat hat, needs some customer service training. Due 2 fact, my stay was prepaid, I chose 2 remain @ facility. His comments were disconcerting as he was training a fellow employee. All other aspects of stay were adquate

This hotel is a good value. The food is that it is low cost, free breakfast, and easy access to everything. The rooms are okay, nothing special, everything you need for a hotel stay. I would stay here again in a pinch.

The property was fine. My problem was that Expedia had canceled my reservation. Fortunately, the person taking care of me was knowledgeable and helpful, getting my reservation activated again, with additional effort from me.

We were pleasantly surprised by how big and clean the room was!
Breakfast was ok. Sausages and tater tots were a little hard. Breakfast room was very clean and bright.

Rooms was nice , elevator needs a lot of updating . We just had a snowstorm in the area and parking lots have not been plowed so they are covered in snow . Staff at front desk was very nice upon checkin .

this is a nicely appointed and well maintained property. Staff was courteous and responsive. Bed was comfortable and the property was nice and quiet. Rates were reasonable for what you receive. The area has a ton of options for food and shopping. transportation is good - it's directly off the tollway. I would definitely come back when in the area.

It's a pretty good location and good facilities. However, the guy named “Patrick” at Prot is quite rude. This guy made me feel very bad at the end of the year in chicago.

First off they gave me a dirty room everything was on the dresser no linens on bed window wide open without a screen elevator horrible stink ice machine don’t work and they have connected rooms which the doors a sealed close and they won’t allow the rooms to connect but I paid for connecting rooms

The night clerk, Patrick, was incredible. I’ve never had anyone go to the lengths he did to make sure I was comfortable and safe. The morning clerk ( I did not get his name) was equally friendly and again was so invested in making my stay was top notch even though I was leaving. Superior staff!

Hotel front desk customer service person who was male was unfriendly and unprofessional. My party and I experienced racial profiling and was asked to leave he will cancel our reservation due to this writer informing the male he don’t have to talk to us this way. As a result we found a better hotel.

The staff was helpful and accommodating, pleasant and kind. The hotel was quiet and clean. Breakfast had several options. Location and price were great. I would not only recommend but will be returning for sure. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The good - every staff person I met was polite and really did their best to make it a good experience. Also, the breakfast was good, neighborhood felt safe and the hotel was quiet. The bad - the property is just in poor shape. Peeling paint, stains on comforters, odd smells in rooms, elevator looks roughed up. If you get a steal of a deal, it's OK for a night. But there are much more modern, well kept hotels in the area.

Awesome customer service. Clean and nice rooms, good breakfast, very friendly staff. Only minor issue was the drink vending machine, kept saying settlement in process but many gas stations around. Will def be back

There was a roach on my pillow, there were hairs on the shower curtains, stains on bedsheets, the elevator had huge holes and the staff is so rude
