Everything was fine except for the problem with my room details. I booked a queen bed suite. When arrived they have me booked for a king bed suite. Was unable ro be fixed because of lack of available rooms. Other than extra blankets nothing was offered to make up for mistake.

Check in was great, hotel staff was great, hotel was wonderful. The lack of supervision of the pool is where things went bad. 10 high school kids came in doing cannon balls, diving, the “adult” told them to watch out for the small kids (mine). Nope- almost landed on my daughter. I know the front counter could hear and see- nothing happened. We ended up leaving the pool

Everything about my stay was amazing, from the friendly staff to the service. Only thing I had a problem with was on the last night of my stay it was a lot of banging in the middle of the night..but other than that I enjoyed this hotel

Over all our stay was good but the hotel could use more pillows or bigger pillows. More towels and wash clothes when there is a family coming in. But service was great, breakfast was great, sleep was great!

The manager on duty during out stay was Tonee (not sure on spelling). She was kind and so willing to help. Good stay all around!

Good facility. Staff was pleasant and easy to deal with. Cleanliness of the rooms were a little off but not dirty by any means. I would stay again for sure.

The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Everything was clean and very neat. Check-in was quick and easy. Breakfast was very good, as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great. Absolutely loved the stay. My only comment would be towards the complimentary breakfast. I was disappointed that all of the hot food (sausage, potatoes, and eggs) were highly processed, heat-and-eat style. I cook for a living so I just thought I'd mention it fyi. Thank you for the wonderful time.

Service was less than average when needing extra bath towels and bedding for the pullout sofa. Sent us to the wrong room which was occupied by another patron. Breakfast had a good variety items.

Very confortable and clean room. The hotel is located close to the airport and St. Charles which makes it attractive if you need to visit any of these two locations. There are several options to have food close to the hotel. I highly recommend it if you are traveling with family.

The room size is amazing and the entire property is very clean. Great fitness area and laundry to use for longer stays .

Room was dirty with random garbage under beds or other people’s hair in the bathroom. Staff was friendly but clueless. Waited over 30 mins for ice water after asking 3xs for breakfast. Crib wasn’t available. When swimming clean pool towels were not available until after we had dripped dry’d. I personally give this place a 3 out of 5 stars beds were comfortable and the little kitchen was perfect for my family.

The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. They never failed to greet us whether we were coming or going. The room was very nice. However, we had a few cleaning issues. There were some items on the floor left by the previous guests (wrappers, small toys) and all of the dishes were in the dishwasher (clean). The room wasn't what I would call dirty, it just looked like the maid may have been in a hurry.

Hotel is in a nice area with plenty of food options close by. Staff was incredibly helpful and courteous. The Full kitchen in the room was very helpful.

First time stay at Homewood suites, very nice room. We were there with another couple for a concert. Was happy that the shuttle took us to our pickup location, too bad it was too late for a return trip but understandable. Definitely will consider staying here again, I wish I would have known about the kitchenette we could have gotten take out for after concert munchies. All in all nice place and restaurants very close a big plus!! Was glad to get my hot tea in the am but wasn't too big on the breakfast food, to each their own.

I paid extra for both a king bed and a courtyard view. I got neither. They would not honor it nor issue a refund. The woman I talked to at the front desk could not have been LESS helpful. This was my fourth and last time staying here.

Property in nice area, staff was really nice, the power went out in part of the room, was change to different room, kids were looking forward to go swimming but pool was under maintenance, other that everything else was gine

Our room was not very clean, bathroom smelled like urine, we did not have soap and getting some was not simple and the toilet barely worked.

I was very disappointed in the rooms cleanliness. The shower was disgusting and the floors were super sticky. I normally don't write reviews but because of how the staff treated my family I feel like I should. My mother and father in law came to meet their grandson and they brought his great grandma's who can't walk well, and they sent them away because the front desk girls were to lazy to look up my name. Then when I asked about it they lied to my face and made up some stupid excuse. Shame on them!
