I liked the outdoor pool.
I think the pool needed some cleaning of debris and leaves in the water.

The room was nice and clean and comfy.
My shower water wouldn't get hot. Idk anyone that likes a cold shower

Breakfast was lovely and catering staff was most helpful.
No body wash in shower, just shampoo and conditioner

The lady at the check in counter upon arrival was wonderful. She also gave us the furthest room since we had littles with us to help neighbors block a bit of sound if needed.
Our entry way light didn’t work so that made it hard with 2 moms getting ready. Additionally, after we checked in, grabbed dinner and came back, our door was open? Not sure how that happened. The floors on every level were VERY sticky.
