IT WAS NOISY!

Hotel location and staff are excellent. Room is clean but noise from outside still heard even when room location is high on the 17th floor.

I like everything about the Hotel.

I always enjoy staying at this hotel. It is one of the few quiet places in Makati, and the service in excellent. Shout out to Kim in the bar. Thank you Kim! The gym is also excellent - 24 hours and good equipment.

Close to NAIA. Walking distance to malls and restaurants. Hotel was nice and clean. Excellent service from staff members.

Close to Greenbelt is a real bonus

Loved the Sauna and getting an in room massage. There are so many places to eat just walking distance. Mind that this a more of a high end location so be expecting to spend more. Over all we enjoyed our stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I'd definitely come back to this hotel and would recommend to other friends.

The room was beautiful. The bathroom was clean. I had a good view of the city. The staff was very friendly. We had a great stay. Just had a minor delay at the valet, but overall, great experience.

It is a beautiful hotel to stay in . With a beautiful hotel like this one I would think it would have a bidet toilet . overall it was a pleasant stay for me .

Do not need transportation to shopping. Shops are just across the street.

First trip back in 3.5 years and it didn't disappoint. Hotel was comfy, staff friendly and accommodating, location is the best; directly across Greenbelt shopping complex. GB has a variety of restaurants to satisfy your palate. Ate primarily in Club Lounge (breakfast always great, service too). And drinks and food in the evenings. I have to say the quality of the food was much better in the past, but still okay. I highly recommend New World for service provided and for convenience.

This hotel was great value for money, it was quite busy but the staff were still very kind. Nice room, good breakfast and great location to get a taxi / grab to other locations and across the road from a very good mall including a museum

I like it

The thermostat in our room was defective that's why it was so called. We called around 11pm and the maintenance people came in a few minutes .they suggested we transfer to another room but since it was late already we decided to transfer in the morning provided they send extra comforters and pillows which they promptly did. In the morning we told front desk we wont be transferring anymore because we were already comfortable with the extra sheets. Thanks !

The hotel was located in the very heart of Makati where it's very accessible and convenient to shopping, restaurant, airport, entertainment, and close to major places to see in Manila. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay while vacationing in Manila. Highly recommended.
