Disappointed in what i thought it was verse what we pay for. Pool closed and no breakfast

The bed was wrapped in plastic. The bedding had no comforter. 2 sheets and a thin blanket.

Room was nice size, clean and quite. Pool was in excellent condition.

Very nice place to stay as it was last minute. When we checked in we were told the pool is kept at 85 degrees but when we tried to use it we barely could put our feet in it was so cold. The nice lady behind the counter immediately went and adjusted the temp on the pool when I said something to her. The next morning the pool was warmer but the room itself was freezing. Other then that the hotel is very nice and we most likely will come back again.

I specifically chose a bayside room for scenery and quiet. Somehow the reservation was changed to city side. Totally unacceptable but the resort would not change it. I put this on Expedia.

Our experience was wonderful, clean and quiet

When we arrived the room they gave us was ice cold. It took a bit to warm up. They were accomodating by giving us an additional luggage rack. Later that day the toilet was plugged up and when we called they told us to come to the front desk and get the plunger. Who does that? We got it and it was so cheap that it didn't work. We had to go through the rest of the evening with a clogged toilet. Ugh!! Thenext morning when we went back to the front desk and told them it was clogged they said Maintenance was there and will come up and unclog the toilet, which they did. It was very uncomfortable through the evening before. Easy check out. We would never stay there again or suggest anyone else does.

Very nice place to stay. Staff was very friendly. Great restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.

We only stayed overnight so can only speak to the room. It was clean and smelled freshly painted. Pillows could have been better quality but overall we slept well. Pleasant overnight stay.

I like everything about this property. Clean, good food in the restaurant and bar, quiet and a great view for a sunrise.

It is old and in need of improvement, the room smelled musty, carpet is very worn, no blankets on the bed or in the room. Won’t be staying there again.

Outdated rooms, musty smelling. The restaurant there is no good…food was over cooked and/or microwaved; awesome and friendly waitstaff, however, that did their best. Do not waste your money eating there. Excellent location right on the water. Would we stay again? Unlikely unless in a pinch.

The view and our room were great but the food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! I recommend the Brussel sprouts they taste like candied bacon and the flourless chocolate cake was phenomenal!

Our favorite family tradition

Staff at checkin was very friendly and efficient. Resort is in an ideal location convenient to exploring downtown stores and restaurants. The beachfront location is great with beautiful views! However, the room condition is going downhill! Carpet appears shabby and rooms need refreshing. There was a terrible musty smell in our bathroom that was quite unpleasant. Bathroom sink was backed up and wouldn’t drain. When I booked 2 nights, the website price was $249 for a bay side room and when I checked the day before checking out, price had dropped to $130 on the website. Thanks for informing me of the lower price. We have stayed here many times but am hesitant to return due to the switching prices and the deteriorating condition of the whole resort.

We are in our 70s and had to walk upstairs to the room they gave us. Said they were all booked but I have doubts about that. I think we were given an upstairs room because we didn’t make our reservation with them directly.

at check-in the lady was not very friendly. we booked a king room with a sleeper couch. When getting our room it only had king bed no couch sleeper. Asked about this and she claims only couple rooms had them. Ask if they had a roll away and no. Asked if any other accommodations and she claimed no other rooms. So we had 3 people and they gave me blankets for my adult son to sleep on the floor. Are you serious this is how you do your customers. So not acceptable. On the site it stated free breakfast and that was wrong to. Going up to ask from desk for different things about hotel or for towels for the pool the staff at desk was not friendly. The restaurant staff and food was good. And the tiki bar was nice. Even on second day staff at desk could not accommodate a room with another bed or a solution.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Could of been somewhat cleaner.

Very convenient location.. but for the price definitely needs to be refurbished and please buy new pillows… pretty sure the one on our bed came over on the Mayflower…
