Comfy stay. Outside window made it quite noisy but overall nice area close to food and restaurant.

We chose to room with window facing street, must say a little noisy but was our preference.

No hot water… I let it run far longer than I’d like and still no hot water. Then my friend had a cold shower too.
The air conditioner worked about 10 degrees warmer than we selected.
Beds were comfy. Staff was friendly.
Breakfast was decent hotel breakfast.
Get the hot water fixed and I might stay again when looking for a “low-end” fairly clean (refurbished) short stay.

HOTEL IS PRETTY QUIET. IT IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION, HOWEVER THE WORKERWS WERE NOT DISTURBING. WE GOT A ROOM WITH A HOT TUB IN IT AND WE LOVED IT. THE ROOM ARE VERY SPACIOUS AND CLEAN. FRONT DESK RECEPCIONIST WAS GREAT. WE WERE ADVISE THAT WE COULD STAY UP TIL 12PM FOR THE CHECK OUT, HOWEVER THERE WAS A GUY THAT KNOCKED AT OUR DOOR AT 11:17 AM AND SAID WE HAD TILL 11:30 AM DUE TO FULL HOUSE, HE WAS PRETTY RUDE TOO WHEN SAYING IT. WE HAD TO RUSH OUT SINCE THIS WAS LAST MIN CHANGED. BESIDES THAT GUY THAT KNOCKED WE HAD AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

I will say the staff tries real hard to make sure your stay is pleasant. The hotel is older and needing a little work. But with what they have to work with the staff tries hard. My room key i had to get new everytime i left room. Thats my only complaint really. It was a decent stay. Thanks

Blows out midlewy smelling air. All the moisture buildup makes the room smell moldy, and to top it off the way they installed the window shades it won’t allow the window to open to air out the room so you have to open the door. Don’t do it!!!! The only good thing to say about this place is its location. It’s also a nice touch they offer a full breakfast but There are great diners and food spots all over the area. I’ve been coming here to stay for years and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. And it’s just how the hotels is managed. You should never give someone a room where the window can’t open to air out the flooding bathroom and mildewy air conditioner. This was a BIG disappointment.

The room was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was at 4am some man was trying to get into my room. He was working on the door for a bit when I woke up and realized what the sound was. My husband asked who’s there and the guy said he was the police. Needles to say hubby told him to F off and I called the office. He left down the hallway. Staff never called us back to check or anything. Needles to say I didn’t go back to sleep and was super nervous especially having 3 kids with us asking if the man was coming back.

overall stray was fine. we had 5 people, and got a 3 bed room which was very convenient. However, I have a doubt that we got infacted with bedbugs from the room.

1. Breakfast was great and staff Stephanie was very helpful and friendly
2. I asked about the promotion advertised at the front desk and the guy asked me whether I have a phone to check myself - all info on there. He wasn’t friendly and helpful.
3. My wife complained about smell of pee in the room. The front desk was accommodating to change room. I didn’t smell it in the room but in the parking lot. They definitely can do better on cleaning.

Stephanie in the breakfast suite is amazing, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty. Hospitality cleaning service is friendly and ready to help. I really appreciate feeling like a valued guest. Since renovations are taking place, I won’t complain about the musty smell, nonfunctioning heater or slow tub drain. The room was otherwise cozy and located in a convenient area, surrounded by businesses.

Had a problem with our first room at check in; Staff was able to move us to another room that was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food including fresh, hot and healthy selections. Overall we had a good stay at this location.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a game at the Sofi stadium. First impression of the room; BEAUTIFUL!! We stayed in the king jetted tub room and my gosh, my husband and I didnt want to leave the room. From the front desk to the room to the housekeepers, it was a pleasant stay. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Initially I was a little nervous about the outside and didn't think I would like it when we arrived. The entrance to the rooms are outdoors. Also because it's more like a motel instead of a hotel. Also it's not at the airport. It's 15-20 minutes from the airport. The staff at the front desk was pleasant and courteous. I felt a little better once in the room. The room was extremely clean. There were no issues with house keeping. Onsite parking was limited but we had no issues going in and out. They do offer breakfast but we only had coffee.

Front desk female representative was great! Courteous and helpful! Not sure if the pool was a jacuzzi because of the size. but we didn’t have time to use it anyway. Their breakfast was very good with many options and the breakfast staff was very nice! Hotel location was fine and just a short distance to the LA Coliseum, where we watched a USC football game. Plenty of parking @ $25/ vehicle. We had 2 vehicles and received a discount using our Best Western Rewards membership. Price was reasonable too; we would definitely stay there next time.

A decent place to stay near LAX. My room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The service was good. The only con I have to say is the outside noise. You could hear the vehicle noise from the parking and street side. But otherwise, no issues with my stay.
