We were on a short trip for my daughter to attend a screening at Warner Bros Studios in Burbank. We landed after midnight and the airport shuttle was incredibly convenient. I had originally planned to rent a car at the airport the next day but then saw there is a Hertz on site at the hotel! This made the morning a lot less hectic. Everything was so convenient and the hotel was so clean and comfy. Westin has the best linens! We even forgot our perfume and was able to buy some in the hotel shop. Coffee and pastries were not overpriced either. Next time we have business in Los Angeles, we will be back!

Avg hotel. Room was a walk to ‘quiet’ room, but room (539) overlooked street and was pretty loud.

Parking rates are ridiculous. The air wouldn’t work at times. The constant construction noise was annoying. Water pressure on the sink was running low.

Ridiculous uncharge to check in at 2pm and unbelievably ridiculous price to valet park. Just charge more for the rooms.

Hotel very convenient to the airport, no airplane noises heard all night….thank you. The room was spacious and the bed super comfortable, all employees on staff were polite and friendly, shuttle service was excellent

Room, bedding, hotel were delightful. Had a very nice dinner in the restaurant. Was disappointed Wi-Fi wasn’t free. I’ve come to expect that as a service from excellent hotels.

beautiful hotel and room. was disappointed about access regarding the hotel parking garage they had escalators not working and the elevator was like a 20min wait just to try to get into the hotel. Otherwise nice experience

Pulled up and immediately hit with a 68 dollar parking fee.
Just build in into the price of the room.
Had to change my keys 3 times because they didnt open the door.
The Man that checked me in was great. Give him a raise.
Forgot my phone charging cord.
They do not offer one to use.
They told me the gift shop has them
40 dollars for a cord that got my phone to 15% after 2 hours.

Very good location near the airport. Airport shuttle is available and does not wait long before it leaves to and from the airport. The lobby is clean and spacious. The bar and restaurant serves very good food too.

Amazing service! This is probably the first Westin location where the service desk was not offended to do their job and seemed to like their job and helping people. As far as amenities, you get the usual Westin comfort which does not disappoint. Kudos to the staff and the management team.

First, when you walk in it is a very beautiful and clean hotel. The front desk lady was very polite and professional. The concierge service offered all of the services and amenities in the area. The king size room was a large the bed was very comfortable and extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel a 10 out of 10 and will be staying there again.

The Westin doesn’t advertise that it’s a “feather free” hotel. I don’t like foam pillows so that was unfortunate to learn upon check in. Also the toilet emitted a sulphur odor. And if u have to get up in the night to use the bathroom the light comes on making sure you are wide awake. And the door shuts automatically behind you. You can’t prop it open. Other than that the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed.

In a word - “dump”. The hotel is a very old building on a freeway with single glazed windows, opposite a construction site. DO NOT STAY HERE!
Here’s the funny bit - the stopped room service for COVID and two years later, still no room service. Horrifying.

I wish I knew the pool was closed because I would've stayed somewhere else. When it comes to the room it was okay. I had two beds instead of the 1 king bed requested. I didn't like the swing on the bathroom door. The door couldn't stay open so it shut every single time.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice large TV. Mold on shower grout, empty body wash in shower. Lights turned off while taking a shower! Crazy, since I was moving but behind shower glass doors! Didn’t go back on until I opened the shower door! Could have been a disaster. Please adjust your light senors!

The hotel has decent infrastructure, rooms were clean and confortable enough for the price, nothing that would set the Westin apart from the 20 other big brand hotels near LAX. My problem is with the service we received. I booked a room for 2 for a one night stay connecting to another place, LA was the meeting point for myself and my 81 year old mother who needs a walker. My mother arrived in a plane 2 hours before mine and I wanted her to have access to the room, so I called the hotel. They denied my request because I had booked using hotels.com, they literally made an elderly woman wait in the lobby for 3 hours, beyond cruel, then they gave us a room that was in the 7th floor and needed a long walk, they went out of their way to make my mother's stay harder. In addition to that they charge for room web access (really?) and the airport shuttle took 45 minutes. Never again, there better options near by with much nicer customer service.

We chose the hotel for the pool
when we arrived no pool available. This put big disappointment on our stay.

Why do the Westin (LAX and ATL for sure) cut corners and fail to install fans in the bathrooms. Gross.

We got stuck during the rainstorm and had to stay an extra night in LA. The staff was so nice and upgraded our room. Restaurant food was great and server incredibly attentive.

I love the friendly and helpful staff. Gabriella checked us in and she went above and beyond to help get us checked in. I have stayed here once before. I will not stay at any other hotel. It is always clean, and your staff is very helpful. I would recommend that all my friends and family stay here at the Westin in LA.

The property was under construction but they gave me a room next to it and they kept drilling while i was there for medical reasons and needed rest. The phone was barely working and couldnt get proper room service when needed. Had to visit the reception everytime i nwed something

This was a wonderful hotel with the exception of the smell. The whole main floor smelled like they kept spraying perfume all over it. While I can see how it might appeal to some, i suffer from migraines. It really triggered them and made my vacation less than perfect. I stayed there for a full week and unfortunately could not avoid the lobby to get to my room. Thankfully the hallways and room didn’t smell like that.

Great location from LAX. WISH they had microwaves in the rooms. Otherwise a decent stay. Parking was a tad outrageous in cost,but again, a decent stay
