InterContinental ANA Tokyo by IHG

Nice hotel with awesome breakfast and conveniently located in Tokyo

This was a lovely hotel to return to after the hectic pace of Tokyo - calm, cool and with very nice rooms. We booked a club room and we particularly liked this club lounge - spacious, great views and very good evening snack and drink options. We checked in at the club lounge on arrival and found the receptionists there to be so helpful and accommodating so we had a very good first impression of the hotel. A great stay - we would return.

We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of customer service was among the best we have experienced. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for the entire week of our stay, which was a little disappointing, especially given the warm weather. However, this did not detract too much from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Tokyo so memorable.

Excellent staff, a bit out of the way for sightseeing but a great hotel. Be aware the pool gets taken over by non guests for instagram photo shoots most nights from 6pm, which is the only downside.
