Its a commercial area its to be expected. Quality of the room was better than i figured for the price my room is free of bedbugs pulled everything off both mattresses just to be sure!

I requested a refund and the hotel manager said I had to call Expedia to make sure I get it back

The tub had a spot where paint was remove. The housekeepers removed my dirty washcloths and didn't replaced them with fresh washcloths. Forgot to mop the floor two or three times. Can't add a photo.

Asked if they had more eggs for the breakfast station she said they only make them un the morning. It was 8:15 but she brought me out biscuits and said they were frozen that i would have to microwave them

This was the worse experience we've ever had in a hotel! It is an older facility, but having a room with holes in the bathroom door made by a fist was concerning. Even worse was the breakfast. The juice tasted fermented, sausage had a "metal" taste and the coffee wasn't hot enough to dissolve the powder creamer. We left once items were tasted and went to a drive thru for a quick breakfast.

The bed was acceptable. The light switch at the door was inoperable. The room needs renovated and should not be sold. The bathroom floor is brown painted tile.

Booking was specifically made for a NON-smoking room, but we were given a room that obviously previously had a smoking guest. Front desk tried to switch to a different room but same issue. The hotel needs to impose strict policies on non-smoking or cleaning should include odor removal at least! Our guest had sensitive allergies and unable to rest. Disappointing stay.

This place was terrible. Top to bottom it was bad. Service, amenities, cleanliness all awful.

The desk clerk stated the elevator was not working and that my room would be on the third floor. He issued it like a challenge, which I did not appreciate. The room was acceptable, although the shower was a little wonky. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was surprisingly extensive, although there was no fresh fruit.

Our room had not been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and on the bar soap, which was already opened. The towels were stacked on the desk next to two pizza boxes that had food in them. The only thing that looked ready for us was the bed. Since we just needed a place to crash for the night during a bad storm, we stayed in the room against our better judgement. Checkout is at 11, but the next morning someone was at our door at 10:20 telling us we needed to leave.

My feet got dirty walking on the carpet. There was pill bugs and cricket's in the bathroom

Old and not well maintained. Rooms smell humidity. Poor quality- they need to either change their name or improve the quality to merit the name Quality Inn.

Is what she expect from a two-star budget hotel. Came in and had to stand in line while a gentleman argued with the front desk about a room and being $3 short while his 'girlfriend' paid for the room because he had been previously banned from booking there. Some of the rooms we walked past were caution taped off. Our room was clean, but only had one adult size towel for two of us. Not all of the light bulbs in the room worked or were even present. There was a mini fridge in the room that worked with a microwave which was nice. The curtain in the shower was broken and hanging wrong so water ran to the center of the floor in a pool. In the middle of the night I heard squealing tires from behind our hotel. I looked out the window to see three kids joy riding and doing donuts in a vacant lot behind the hotel parking lot in what I assume was a stolen car come over the lawn and tear off the front cowling of their car on the curb before running off, and leaving the car behind. About the only thing that I can say that was really stellar was how great the people running the hotel were. Very nice and friendly.

Stayed several times before with no problems. Wont be coming back again.Fridge was broken,air didn't cool off room after being on all night. Pool is closed.And lastly the lady came in to clean while we were still there (I didnt stay past check in) She knocked and i answered and she still came in.It seems the new management doesnt have a good grip on it.

They didn't give me the room I paid for, the place had a horrible smell, supposedly it was under construction the rooms they give you smell bad and the place is dirty omg I've never experienced this in a place, now after the night I spent I'm sick there.

They say breakfast included but it’s not. To me they said we don’t have it but when I complained to Hotel.com, the hotel representative told we have it. A blatant lie.

I had a reservation. However, when I showed up, nobody was there, doors were locked, and they did not answer phone. We had to make other arrangements

This hotel took our reservation for a two night stay made a week before arrival, charged our credit card and and then closed and went out of business supposedly the day we arrived April 28th. No notice or anything. Can’t possibly give them a low enough rating for leaving us high and dry.

Clean a little updated but had the basics. The only thing that was odd was a tampon on their grass. It was there when I got there and was still there the next morning.

This was the worst hotel we have stayed in in years.It just felt unsafe. People I. The room next door were smoking and talking outside our room until early in the morning hours. Our dog wouldn’t stop growling at every sound. Needless to say it was a sleepless night. If it wasn’t the people talking it was the refrigerator whirling. We kept checking outsid the window to make sure our vehicle was safe. Cheap hotel on many counts, move on you can find a better place to stay. :(

When we checked in, I saw a paper that listed remodeled room vs not remodeled. I asked if we could have a remodeled room, and he disregarded the request and put us in the room next to the office/laundry area. The room was half remodeled, you could see where they have patched and sprayed the wall, the faucets were loose in both the sink & shower, rust in the shower drain, stained towels, hair dryer didn’t work and the heater wouldn’t let you change all the settings. The free breakfast was a joke, half of the machines were out of order, no bowls for cereal or butter for toast, bagels or waffles or fresh fruits or yogurts. No where did it state the times of breakfast. The good things: the bed was comfortable, it had a microwave & frig, the water was hot. It was ok for about a 12hr stay over, the price and location to family

The CSR was nice when we checked in, however the hotel is literally a dump. The outside doors are supposed to lock and accessed by your hotel card, they didnt lock or latch at all. So anyone could just walk right on in. The room was disgusting. The sheets still had someone elses hair all over them and stunk. They obviously didnt change the bedding. I pulled the beds out to check for bed bugs. I didnt find any, but what i did see was super disgusting. Everything in the room had spider webs on it, the toilet wasnt even attached to the floor. Its a no smoking hotel, but it literally smelt like cigarette and old fried food. The walls had gunks of stuff stuck to them everywhere. If they are cleaning, I bet they go in and vacuum and replace towels, and thats it. The elevator looked rough, it was falling apart. Also, the free breakfast isnt even worth free.

Read all the reviews. This place is severely unsafe. We were in town for a funeral and could not bear one single night here. We checked in, went to our room on the third floor, turned around and checked out for a refund. The front desk clerk did not hesitate to give it and seemed as though she’d done it many times before. The hotel feels like a homeless shelter. There are people living here on a semi permanent basis. There is heavy weed use, fighting and a significant ‘lived in’ odor. We moved over to the Hotel Right Next Door and found it much better. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money and sleep safe.

The facility is old and smells bad in the hallway. Oddly the room wasn't bad but you get what you pay for.

This was just an ok experience. However, the outgoing staff person made a mistake and the incoming staff person was extremely apologetic and helpful.

They lost my reservation. I asked for a king size bed and they ended up giving me 2 double beds. They said it was non smoking but it smelled really bad in the room. I will not ever stay there again.

Water was leaking from the roof in our room. The front desk staff was friendly and concerned but didn't seem to have any help. 3rd floor hall (where we were) was filled with smoke from smokers. Also a dispute broke out in the hall and 3 cops showed up. Not a family place.

Would never answer their phone, so we could inform them of a late check in, as directed by their website. Hallway& room constantly smelled like cigarette smoke. Bathroom floor needed to be cleaned. Linen sheets questionable on cleanliness.
