We really enjoyed our time here. The room, the pool, the restaurants were all great. I don't have any complaints. I read some other reviews that the wait for the elevators was really long. We did not experience this. I doubt we waited more than 30 seconds to get an elevator from the 16th floor. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent time in hotel lovely caring staff beautiful grounds and pool. Our accommodation included breakfast but the hotel did keep adding breakfast to the bill and needed reminding to remove it.

It was an okay experience, not worth the money. Upcharge for everything and the parking is extremely far from the hotel.

Unfortunately we checked out after one night. The hotel itself was lovely however the room, and beds were too small for a family of four for a whole week. Far too cramped so we left after one night.

Loved the property, beautiful spacious room and good location. Disappointed that as a hotel guest we were charge $34 per day for parking and a $150 fee for our 4lb yorkie to stay (not a security deposit but a charge) Also no etiquette for their guest, people using elevator without a shirt on and only bathing suit, for an upscale hotel I found it to be tacky. I will never stay or recommend this property. We travel around the world and never dealt with the inconveniences of this property.

stayed here with my family for kids spring break for 2 nights. room was clean, hotel was clean. service was excellent, anytime we needed something we would call and they would be there within 5 minutes with what we needed. pool area was awesome and also clean. prompt friendly service there and at all the amenities. i would say this is our new favorite off disney property

First of all, the lady in the check in desk was impolite. When we asked her about stuff, she did not explain and just says “it is what it is”. For the Valet guys, they did not care about our car, they handed us the keys without any care, one time they dropped our key on the floor and said “my bad”. Another important thing, the guys working on the bike station, my son asked them to ride a bike, they said we already closed. After 10 min we say other kids riding bikes. When we asked them why did they give it for others. They provided non sense excuses like daytime saving confusion which was 3 days ago. Also, the room in a bad condition as the sofa is teared, broken stuff as the table lamp is blinking, not very clean.

We only stayed for one night so it was fine for us. Room was spacious, grounds and lobby were beautiful, and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The only issue I had that prevented me giving 5 stars was the bathroom. The sink was so small. Shower head was awful and was more of a mist with several sharp sprays that stung your body. Also the tub had a table/seat that folded down, but when put up blocked the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. It was more annoying than anything else. I would not want to stay a length of time here.

The service was not good. They do not receive cash. The bus from magic king down left us. I paid my breakfast with my credit card, but they charge me again in my room.

We have already shared this but will do again. We parked out in front of the hotel, were told to leave our keys while we registered. Went to find out room was not ready. We had luggage that needed to be locked in a special area. My husband accompanied the staff. When we went our to move the car is was past 15 minutes and we were charged for valet parking. NO ONE told us that anything over 15 minutes would be charged as valet. Very disappointing.

fantastic Disney vacation at the Hyatt. on off days wa stayed at the hyatt and there was so much to do amazing pool. boats golf all three mini pitch and putt and 18 first two included in resort fee. bikes rock climbing wall ect

We paid for a room with a king bed, with a view of the pool. And the room was with a Queen bed. we asked at the front desk and they told us that "is the same". 😂 Nothing to discuss
