The location was fab for Disney springs very convenient and an amazing view of springs from our room including a view of fireworks from parks
They tried to sell us a timeshare as soon as we arrived which was a real downer that they tried to say we were staying in a subpar hotel and trying to upsell us which really put us off

It’s walking distance to Disney Springs. Loved the coffee shop’s location because I don’t have to wait too long for a coffee. Rooms were decent too.
The bus service. They should have 1 bus for the park and not 3 stops. What could have been 15 mins or less took like 30 minutes!
