I liked the location... about a 20 min. walk to downtown. Decent breakfast, friendly staff, felt safe, convenient location. Clean and quiet. Nice to have pool/hot tub.

The staff, breakfast, pool and jacuzzi were excellent. The only negative is that the property is a little dated - the bathroom doesn't have enough outlets and the towel rack is on the wrong side of the counter. Overall experience was great and would stay there again.

Got an up grade was very nice!! Friendly People!! Nice Breakfast!!

Pool was a well kept area and lots of fun for families

The room was a good size but it smelled bad. TV did not work great. The pool was very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Everyone on staff was friendly, efficient and went beyond the call of duty when needed. We were very pleased with every detail of this uncomplicated and yet warmly sophisticated home for the night.

Good mountain view

Our beds were comfortable. I am happy to have had the refrigerator and microwave, both, in our room. I enjoy the extra amenities like the breakfast, pool and hot tub. All the hotel staff were very nice!

This is my Go-To hotel every time I commute to CA from WA. It is a great half way stop over. I usually have to take a utility trailer along with my large Ram truck and they can accommodate my parking needs and security too. Great staff and care.

Too expensive for the condition of the property. Needs some remodeling. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The first room we got the air conditioner didn’t work. They did end up switching us rooms but that room was dirty. It had used towels in the bathroom, blood stain on the sheets and they were sold out of rooms so we couldn’t move. The next morning we used the outdoor pool, which we were told would have towels there. There were no towels and when I went to ask I was told they were in the dryer and would be out within half an hour. An hour later I went and asked again and was told the same thing. 2 hours later when my kids were ready to get out I went and asked for towels and again told they were in the dryer and would be out within half an hour. At that point my kids just air dried as we had to go.

We booked a stay here on our way to California since it was late and we had the worst hotel experience to date. We got there around 12am. There was a couple of things that happened. 1 - We we're given a room key to a room that someone was already in! We opened the door and the door wedge hit, made a loud clunk and someone yelled "HEY!!!" 2 - The second room we got was not cleaned, the soap was used and there were bugs all over the room! Even under the sheets, picture for your reference. Not sure what bugs they were. After all of this fiasco we were promised that we weren't going to be charged through hotels.com I waited a week and still saw the charge and had to call the hotel and hotels.com to get my refund. By far was the worst hotel my family has ever been to, what a disappointment considering we've always had luck at Best Western in the past. Never staying at another Best Western ever again!

Perfect from the start. Couldn’t expect better. Great for the wife and I

Staff were pleasant, but the room was pretty disappointing. The walls were thin, they placed us in a disability room, and, the shower didn't even have hot water.

The room (124) was comfortable. No complaints and nothing really stood out.

Our stay was wonderful, we were there for a celebration of life for my Mother and did not want any issues with our hotel stay and it was perfect!

We had no maid service and we stayed three nights! No clean towels or garbage taken out!

Will recommend and definitely come back to this hotel.

This motel has changed my opinion about older motels which I tend to avoid. Everything that could be upgraded has been upgraded - the bath is sparkily clean and new. The AC, the doors, even the parking lot and side walk have been refurbished. They cannot change that the halls are exterior and that there is no elevator, but if it could be renewed, it was. Solar panels for the pool, too.

Room was dusty and had a nasty smell. Bed and linens was so uncomfortable.

Nice motel, spacious beds, good breakfast, loved the pool and hot tub.

Room has some unpleasant smell

The facility was clean and the staff was nice. I didn’t like the long walk around the building to go to the continental breakfast. Would have liked a tray to take food back to the room. Breakfast selection was good.

I liked the location where we could spend a night before heading to the Crater Lake 2-3 hrs drive to the rim. We could hear people in the next room talking and singing. Need to replace old curtain as well.

Everything went fine, no problems

I will definitely be coming back to this one.

I was especially pleased with the courtesy, helpfulness and up-beat cheerfulness displayed by all the staff I had contact with. They seemed ready to meet my every need or request I made during my stay.

All of the staff was very friendly. Excellent breakfast choices.

Worked well for a pass-through! Conveniently close to the highway!
