It was very nice, very clean. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was because the lady who checked us in had been quite overworked all day so when we came in, she wasn't exactly glad to see us. I hope she was able to get some well-deserved rest.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and enthusiastic! Breakfast was good, with lots of hot and cold items to choose from. My only issue that takes the review from 5 to 4 stars is that the hotel room had a particularly odd smell to it, though it was clean. I was exhausted from my trip so the smell didn't bother me so much as I fell asleep, but whenever I would go back into the room I would smell it. I would return to this hotel, just not to this same room.

I never got my deposit back I got 2 rooms and I payed 200 dollers each night and they tolled me I would get my 200 dollers deposit when I checked out and I only got 100

Staff was great! Room had heat issues, changed rooms and the new room’s tv didn’t work. Room checks are needed by management!

From what I understand and witnessed In my room, all the carpet was replaced with laminate wood flooring, new paint resulting in cleanliness and easier to maintain.

The property and rooms were emaculate. My room was very comfortable and quiet. The only negative is that there is no elevator, so if you can't do stairs, request a first floor room. Staff was very friendly, and I was able to get a shuttle to the airport at 4:00 am!

For a good overnight sleep and or someplace to stay before or after a flight at airport this is the place. Room is nice. Lots of places to sit other then the bed. Clean ( and I’m picky) bright and comfortable.

The hotel was great, but the room had just been painted and the paint smell was really strong, so I felt sick all night.

Overall, this was a great experience. Great value, great location, great staff, clean and quiet. Exactly what I was looking for. Definitely would come back!

Wonderful and reasonably priced. Breakfast was standard continental with eggs and sausage, very nicely presented and clean. The staff from check in to departure were wonderful. The area toward the supermarket was a little sketchy, but overall okay location.

We arrived late in the evening. John was very courteous and helpful letting us know the best area to park to quickly get to our room, and advising us of the timing of the complimentary breakfast the next day, which we really appreciated. Would happily stay here again on future trips.

Because my previous address was in Ashland, Oregon, and because I have not updated my drivers license, the staff would not let me check in, even though the room was pre-paid. They cited a rule that "Locals" cannot register. This is the first time I have ever heard that. I would never go back.

We felt welcomed at check in considering how late it was. When we got to our room, it smelled dusty and old. We found a cockroach on the floor next to the bed. The TV remote turned the TV on, off, and controlled the volume but did not change the channel.

We stayed at the Quality Inn as we were traveling in Oregon. The hotel fit our needs perfectly. Great value. It was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast options in the morning were good. We’d stay here again in the future.
