DIM LIGHTING, NOT ENOUGH ELECTRICAL PLUGS, NO CHAIR, LOPSIDED MATRESS GREAT SHOWER, EVERYTHING WORKED

Easy to get by

The bathroom was disgusting, even the tub was patched up, and the towels worn out. The room is so small and there was no chair. Next the room lock was repaired so it would jam up every time. The laundry facility was unavailable! Then the $100 deposit plus $5 non refundable fee for making the reservation!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

The place is a dump - no amenities, no breakfast, no laundry, no ice, no staff at the front desk, our hot water quit and it took over 12 hours to get it fixed. Broken furniture, loud heater sounded like a jet engine in the room.

It was entirely unexceptable. It alone ruined my trip.

The restroom is dirty, and the roof of the shower isn’t even finished. Towels look dirty. I brought my own. I expected cheap. But not dirty. Didn’t realize that it’s right next to the highway. Extremely noisy. Never staying here again.

The place was nothing like the pictures. It was so nasty and dirty. Sheets were disgusting. I had to shower in my socks. I couldn’t go anywhere else at 1130 pm due to us being tired from driving 7 hours. I will never stay here again.

The room itself was fine, except for the dirty bathtub. The staff however was extremely rude. All the reviews I read said the staff is never at the front desk and sure enough there was a sign that said "be back in 15 minutes", we waited a long time before someone returned to check us in. I was trying to be polite to the gentleman checking us in, but he would get irritated when I'd ask him to repeat something because I couldn't hear him. He'd respond with "DO YOU WANT TO CHECK IN OR NOT!?". It makes us really nervous about check out...

I very much dislike this place. Holes in the wall, my room smelled like backed up sewer, tube was cracked, sheet had stains, one towel for two people and two pillows one for each guest. It was a very bad experience.

No soap or shampoo. Never in 45 years has a hotel not provided with personal health facilities.

When I am arrive to the property, was close nobody in the property and because of that I was not available to check inn and I have to look for the closer hotel available

My room had spider webs and found blood on my sheets not happy with the place

clean sheets. really dirty room, bad mattress, broken or patched everything. noisy, air conditioning had broken controls and was really loud.

This was nightmare to stay there. Worst place. Too dirty.

Only thing is that there aren’t any outlets by the bed. There was an extension cord by the bed plugged in somewhere under the bed but it had no power. AC works fine. Bed and room and bathroom very clean. NEEDS MORE OUTLETS!!!!!

I recognized going in this wouldn't be a very nice hotel given the location and price. However, I was not not expecting to be as disappointed with the quality of the accommodations as I was. Room was clean, but very outdated and many items literally held together with duct tape (e.g. TV remote, lamp shade, toilet roll holder etc.). Likewise, only a single hand towel and two very small body towels were provided. No complimentary soap or shampoo was provided.

It was like staying the night while the hotel is being renovated at the same time

Worst motel I have ever stayed at

This is a motel truck stop not a hotel. The place smells like smoke. Our first room didn't have clean sheets (the cleaner just remade the bed) and reeked. The second room was ok with a slight moldy, smoky smell. Then after the cleaner came at the end of the next day, the room stunk like cheap cigarettes. Check in is reserved to standing out in the parking lot doing your transaction through a window. They had a perfectly good lobby but some reason they dont feel safe enough to let us in which made me feel very unsafe overall. This is definitely not worth the money. I would expect this motel for ~$80 per night. Not the owners fault but a storm came through and knocked out the power. No backup generators or any other solution to power the motel or your A/C unit. We honestly spent the entire vacation elsewhere and just came back to shower, it was that bad.

AC wouldn't even cool the bed area. I had to move the whole mattress off the bed. No lotion. No latch on the door. The shower bathtub would was not uncomfortable.

I showed up two hours before the check in time of 3 PM. The manager told me I had to wait two hours outside of the lobby in 115° weather. Having no other shade but the alcove, she told me my service dog was not welcome, and then she wanted me to park on the blacktop out of the shade. When I refused, she canceled my reservation and told me to leave. She canceled my reservation and left me without a reservation in 120° weather outside of Phoenix Arizona.

So I'm guessing the last time this motel was renovated was when Doc Holiday and Big Nose Kate were staying there. Or maybe it use to be a stable. The room had used, dirty towels and the shower fixtures were falling away from the wall. You check in thru a window slot outside, in 105+ degree heat, your "not allowed" inside the "normal" registration desk. Worn and weary describes it best. But it was fairly clean with hot water for a shower. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, there was no light bulb in the bedside lamp, but I was to tired to get dressed and go get one. Because they had nobody available to bring one.

Extremely terrible experience, booked a room earlier in the day could not complain with reviews as the price was cheap. When we arrived after driving all day the property managers were clearly asleep and didn’t want to be disturbed as they put no vacancy. That didn’t discourage me I rang the doorbell until the property managers were awake so they could do their jobs, when I was greeted the woman there looked me and right away said they had no rooms. She was ready to turn around and go back to bed as she was in her pajamas, i reiterated that I booked a room earlier. She then asked for my info when I told her she then looked at me then to my car outside then back to me and told me we couldn’t stay here. She was in the process of going back to bed when i demanded a refund she just told me to call Expedia which I did extremely rude, unprofessional, inconvenient. (DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE)
