Checking in was a bit tedious. We waited in line for too long. There was so many people checking in they should have had more at the front desk.

Spent just one night before getting on our cruise ship.

Though our room seemed a bit out dated it was comfortable enough for a one night stay. The chairs in the room were ripped and the bathroom door handle did not latch or lock. Beds are a bit firm but not too horrible. We would stay again for sure.

Great hotel, perfect location to get to the cruise ships. Miguel at the front desk was amazing. Room clean, staff friendly. Will stay here again.

Great location and great staff in all areas. Corporate needs to up date the furniture all over the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. All the other furniture and carpets were very wore.

Super close to the port of San pedro. Easy parking and friendly staff. Will be staying here before all of our future cruises.

The pictures of the room that you see online are not what your room will actually look like. Our shower facet hardly worked and none of the outlets on one side of the room worked either. Which left the room quite dark. The mini fridge also made noise all night long. They advertise that they have a cruise shuttle but when you check in they tell you that it’s only really there for elderly or handicapped people and that if you can you should just take an Uber. Bright side was that it was clean and only a 15 minute walk to the cruise port.

I had a bad experience with the front desk and restaurant upon check in. I spoke to the general manager in morning. The GM handled it with grace fixed the issues and basically made my experience at the hotel incredible. Future visits to San Pedro there's no question where I'll be staying!

Shower did not work. They tried to fix it and made it worse so even the bath no longer worked. After telling me there were no other rooms available they ended up giving me a suite at the price of my regular room.

The hotel NEEDS a lot of work. It is really run down. The service was equivalent to the room rate but the condition of the hotel was that of a $100 room vs $300.

Nice and helpsome staff. Fine breakfast. The beds and pillows were excellent and suited us perfect - some of the best we have tried in a hotel. The door to the gangway, however, was not soundproof or tightly closed. You could hear much and see light come in but for one night it was fine and luckily didn’t bother us too much. Hotel is very close to the cruise port and has a shuttle service every 30 minutes. We paid $5.

Front desk staff was extremely helpful and informative at checkin. Lobby was clean and modern. Fun neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurant options. Breakfast buffet had a good variety. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shuttle to cruise port was quick and efficient.

This was fine to stay one night before cruising. It is convenient to the port with a short shuttle ride. It is walkable to several restaurants and grocery items. I recommend Hojas for coffee tea and a bite to eat in the morning. The hotel furniture is beat up, chairs peeling, very run down.

Hotel lobby clean, service was great! We were able to check in 4 hours early.Eateries were within walking distance. Fairly close to Long Beach Airport (within 20 minutes). Room was decent and very clean.

We arrived early evening. No luggage carts. The hotel is old, dirty and smelly. It was the most convenient hotel for us based on our business plans. It seems like they cater to the cruising crowd. I’d recommend making
