Over all not a bad experience. Couple of small issues. The faucet in the shower was loose so that the temperature did not stay consistent, there was no Ironing Board in the room and the heater was very loud. Nothing to ruin a stay but improvement possible.

The room felt dingy and old. I was travelling alone and didn’t love when my room number was said aloud in front of construction workers behind me.

Do not stay here! Spend the extra 20 or 30 and go across the street or to the Best Western. It was a nightmare of a stay.. the king bed reserved turned into a double, the heater in the room sounds like a train going thru and the curtains on the window blew open every time it came on. We put shoes on them to keep closed. The breakfast was cold and tasted reheated and stale. There was nothing enjoyable about the $180 night's stay. Never again!

Hotel was clean, staff great, older building that could use an upgrade.

The room smelt musty. The walls, ceiling and floor are old with paint peeling and cracks. The floor looks like it was replaced but was not done correctly. Several times the edge of the board/laminate board sunk under my feet and pinched my foot. I had to wear my shoes. It is just an old, tired hotel that needs to be gutted and renovated to bring it up to the quality expected for the rates charged.

We are seniors( in 80s and not having an elevator to get to our reserved room was a problem. The clerk at reception was able to figure out a way to get us a room on the first floor. Parking outside our door was a plus but getting to that parking spot was VERY confusing and difficult.

Very little assistance from the staff at the front desk. We had a lot of luggage and asked if there was an elevator. There isn’t and a room on the ground floor wasn’t offered. After we checked in, we discovered an alternative stairwell, much closer to our room. It would have helpful to know this

Although the hotel is aged, it is well maintained and clean. The staff are extremely friendly. The room was spacious. The breakfast was adequate. For the money, it was worth it.

Front desk staff accommodated our needs and changed our room to a non stairs room for my elderly parent.

Very old building. There is a reason when you try and book a room in the area of Bridgewater that this is the only hotel let with an available room. Mold on the lamp shades, a mouse was running outside the building and the carpet in our room HAD to go. Gross feeling on the feet.

Not a bad spot to spend the night. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out. Room had had some renovations, which is great. Bed was hard (maybe I’m fussy). Bathroom was just ok small, and the shower was a bit on the grimy side. Overall a decent spot to stay when passing through.

This hotel is used mostly by workers (maintenance, road, construction etc) who are away from home. There are not many other hotels in the area so this hotel is a basic necessity to the area.
