Good shower, bed comfy enough, don't think they own a vacuum cleaner though. Wonder how long some of the things laying around the room were there. We misplaced the remote and found a lot of stuff that shouldn't be there while we looked for it.

The room was decent until we woke up and there was ants everywhere. We lifted up the stove top to find food from prior travelers. Cleaning just needs to be more thorough. Overall it was a good stay.

The room was AWEFUL! I REALLY should receive a refund. The riom had blood on the carpet, smelled like cat urine and the plumbing was bad. We left as soon as we could. Didn't stay for 5 hours.

It was a nice and inexpensive place. Do NOT use their wifi system, it is badly compromised and you may be hacked. A phone and cable will let you set up your own hot spot.
Staff is very friendly and location is good.

The environmental cleaning of the building is okay, but after you get a room, the will not come to clean your room or change sheets until you stay with them for two weeks. But they can give you clean sheets to change yourself and clean towels. Stove are not working and has rusty. Bathtubs are old and dirty, don't drain water good. some lights are not working in the room.
Some of the staffs are rude even the manager white lady, she speaks Arabic or German language, very mean and rude.

Check in was great; that was the only employee interaction I had during my stay. My room seemed clean and was comfortable. I stayed 2 nights. On my 2nd morning (the morning that I was leaving) I saw a cockroach run from the bathroom through the kitchen and under the door out to the hallway. This is the reason for my lower rating.

I had no hot water for a shower. Room was not clean, stains on chair. Would not stay again.

Check in person was nice. Hallways were dark. I was put in a handicap room when I did not need one. Very noisy and LOTS of scary fighting noises from other rooms. Should have told me at check in that I needed to check out kitchen ware. Will NOT stay here again!!

Many young men hanging out that you had to walk thur to get to the front door. Once inside the hotel was fine

The room was dirty. I put towels over stuff just so I could sit and use it. No conditioner. Damaged walls in the bathroom.

I have stayed in this hotel at least 12 times in the past and recommended it to numerous colleagues. I won’t ever do that again! The hotel was FILTHY- I had to clean the tub before I could use it; the toilet was used - the refrigerator had mold in it- I needed to work on my computer and the WIFI was worthless- Additionally there were obnoxiously loud children screaming in the halls and slamming doors most of the night. The desk clerk was more worried about snacking and talking on her cell phone than she was helping… Never Again

LIked - was close to Merriweather Pavillion & had a kitchen,
Disliked - Noise from children running all night on floor above. No view out the window. Looking directly into a roof.

Did not feel safe or have a good feel about the property. We checked in then came back later in the evening to find three police cars and a gathering of people outside. We could not cancel so ended up losing our money rather then staying in an unsafe location.

Upon arrival room 202 the bathroom tub was not clean, and tub had a crack in the bottom & the tried covering the crack with a dirty matt. Unable to take a shower. The refrigerator had a bad odor & would not put anything in it.called the front desk & asked if we could have our room changed & explained about the bathroom tub & was told no there were no more rooms available, & to take pictures & show them to the front desk when checking out in the morning. For $130.00 did not expect to have such poor conditions, would not recommend anyone staying here a complete waste of money.

It’s a beautiful area. I walked to a wonderful Greek restaurant last night called Zaria. The staff here at Extended stay is great. I wish the kitchen came with a few things - I could use a mug for tea. There is nothing in the kitchen. And the shower curtain rod is broken. I’ll let them know before I leave, but it seems housekeeping should have noticed that.

Pretty outdated. Trash in the parking lots. Garbage cans and ashtrays outside were overflowing. There was food on the floor of the elevator and hallways. Bed was very uncomfortable. There was a strong odor of weed in the hallway as well.

Was the first time staying here. Everyone one was very helpful and friendly. If we have another event to attend in Columbia Maryland. This would be my go to hotel. It was convenient to every place we needed to go.

Front desk personnel wasn't available and wasn't able to get in touch with them for 30 min to check in room was clean had 1 trash can and Towels had some stains on them

Simple hotel. Nice room with fridge and microwave and sink. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Price was good. Uber ride to Merriweather for a concert was not too bad. I general nothing bad about the place from our experience. Quality little hotel.

Overall the property is not the best extended stay I’ve visited. There are obvious repairs that need some attention in the rooms such as updated bathrooms and kitchen area. The room was more a 2 star rating.
The front desk staff was very nice and accommodating.
I didn’t stay overnight, only used to room to get ready for an event nearby. The price of the room vs. the room quality didn’t match.
