Excellent staff & very vlean

Check in was especially good. Marc, at the front desk was personable and very professional. He set the tone for our stay. BTW: there were a couple large events occurring during our visit. Our room was very quiet. It was a very good stay for us.

It was a pleasant stay but the rooms are a bit outdated

My room was recently renovated and well appointed with lush towels and toiletries. I requested a quiet room at the end of the hall and the staff were most polite and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

This place has always been a good spot when we are out of town! Very clean and always on point and very straight forward with their clientele.

I had an overnight stay at the Turf Valley Resort and my suit was spacious, nicely decorated and clean. Room service was terrific according to my teen. I would definitely stay here again.

The facility needs to be updated. It seemed very old but kept well. The manager of the restaurant was very rude and insensitive to disabled people. He was not very accommodating

We (a couple) stayed overnight for 1 night only because we were attending a comedy show nearby and this looked like a nice place to stay. If you are a golfer then this is your spot! The grounds are nicely kept. The building itself is kind of dated and we were put in a corner room on the 4th floor all the way at the end of the building. Our room was a handicap room which is fine but if you are really bound to a wheelchair, you are screwed if there is an emergency. I don’t know why the handicap room is so far away from the elevator and on the 4th floor to begin with but that’s not my call. Anyways it seemed like every other room had a little balcony except ours. The corner rooms are bad because of the outside temps from both sides of the room. The room was cold so we turned on the heater and it blasted right in our face all night which sucked. On the upside, the restaurant on site called Alexandra’s was really good! The food was really great and not too pricey. We had dinner and breakfast there so that was nice and convenient. Not sure if we will ever be back there again if visiting Elliott City. There was a wedding going on at the same night so that was entertaining to see a bunch of drunk folks staggering around that night lol.

Beautiful property overlooking golf course. Friendly and cheerful staff. Breakfast buffet was very good and priced reasonably.

Nothing. For a resort, I was underwhelmed

This property has been around for many years; I'm happy to say the property is very well maintained. The updates made to the rooms are nice. Service at the restaurant is the best but the Spa is amazing! Golfing grounds are beautiful!

We stayed at Turf Valley Resort while we attended a family nearby. The resort was so convenient and the staff made everything easy for us. Our room was large with a bar sink and microwave. Our stay at Turf Valley rounded out a wonderful visit with family and friends.

Location was convenient but the room was not clean, smelled like someone had smoked in there. Coffee maker still has the coffee pod in it from the previous guest, carpets were stained. I was seated at the restaurant for more than 20 minutes without being waited on, when I walked out,the waiters and manager were all chatting at the hostess stand.

We were married here and came back for our 1st and 5th year anniversaries. The hotel has completed upgrades to the rooms in the last 5 years and the rooms were more modern. The food is always delicious.

Location was great for our event. Room was clean for the most part except for the floors and the bathroom looked updated. Carpet needed replacing. Had stains and just seemed unclean and old.

Rooms were not ready at 4 pm check in after having a reservation, was told to wait 15 minutes and would get next cleaned room after leaving the resort and shopping for an hour came back to front desk only to hear No rooms were still not ready

Beautiful surroundings and beautiful rooms.

First time stay at Turf Valley and can’t wait to return. The property is set in a beautiful rural area but very easy to get to. The food, service, and property were world class. Thoroughly enjoyed. They have a golf course, spa, an indoor and outdoor pool and large meeting facilities. Although there were a lot of guests, it did not feel crowded. Very thoughtfully laid out.

Very pretty place. Very clean. Only thing that annoys me sort of globally is the presence of feather pillows in the room upon arrival. Pet peeve due to my own allergy, but why even have them? Plus side: I called for replacements and tgey arrived very quickly.

The staff was friendly. The room was okay. Fridge door wold not stay closed. Neighbors did NOT observe quiet hours. People in room abo e mine walked like elephants, no care about anyone but themselves. Same for people in room next to min, talking loud and chanting after midnight. Almost like prayers. Sheets and pillow cases smelled funny. I don't plan to return.

Liked the overall look of the resort and room. Did not like the closed in shower, the constant elevator ding, the customers exuberance sounding like it was in the room and that I was charged for the full stay after checking out early.

I had to cancel my reservations that I had made with Expedia and I was given a total refund. That Great customer service!

Other than the bathroom being laid off weird and small and the bed being a bit small for two people it was very nice

The food and staff at Alexandra’s were wonderful! Our room had a large water stain on the ceiling just inside the entrance. It seems the resort sells memberships to the community and so the pool was constantly overrun with kids. Also, this resort is NOT really pet-friendly as we really couldn’t really take our dogs anywhere on property.
