The shower had a constant drip, popcorn ceiling, heater is noisy, false center climate control, I left the night before I was suppose to check out. This hotel is in need of a major update.

The entire room smelled like pet urine. It just made the stay feel really unclean.

Booked a room for 4 people. Upon check in, we’re informed that they didn’t have space. They could not care less. After having driven for 7h, they suggested that I looked for another hotel, even though I paid, had a reservation clearly outlining a room for 4. Just would not honor and couldn’t care. Also, the “breakfast” does not exist!!!! It is a half table with a basket full of granola bars, and one the other side, mini muffins. Nothing else - literally. Room was dirty, sheets were filthy and clammy. Clearly were not cleaned between guests. I’ll never stay in this hotel again, locally or this chain.

Stay for four nights on the last night there was an issue with my card desk staff was kind enough to let me work it out and then once appeared everything is fine thank you ,if I needed anything they were very happy to assist. Thank you Sunie Abasi

The staff were very friendly and our experience was over all good. Only issue we really had was the constant sewer smell in the bathroom.

First off, staff were excellent. Front desk was great and you could tell housekeeping tried. Also, the outside couryard with the granite columns was nice. The room was clean but rough-it had the feel of military barracks I've stayed in with plenty of roughly repaired holes in doors/walls and badly repainted surfaces. Counters and nightstands were cracked and lights bent from abuse. Kitchen ok but absolutely no basic utensils in room (They can be ordered). Bath had more bad paint, poorly repaired holes, rust coming up from cracked tub enamel, and a fan that was souding its death rattles. Outside after dark there were non working parking lot lights and a scarry parade of figures passing in the shadows just outside the nearby freeway fence that did not help me feel safe in the room or on the property. Freeway noise was negligble, so a plus. I was not expecting a resort, but also not an insult. In the end, this was a utiltarian property that was not worth half of the price charged. Poor value for the money.

The hotel had great people but the problem is the hotel itself … quite rundown snd showing its age! Also had ants and mosquitoes in my room. AC and bed were OK … but for the $$ they charged actually not quite worth it. This property definitely needs a remodel/update!

Our stay was ok. The air conditioner was loud and woke us up every time it came on which was often. There was no sheets or blankets for the pull out bed and took a long time to get. The ladies at the front desk were kind. The breakfast was weak but it was free.

Toilet was running water but after some jiggling got it to stop- cabinet doors were sketchy thought the bottom one was going to fall off. Room was clean and front desk staff were inviting and professional

This was the second to worst hotel experience I've ever had, and I've stayed at 100s of hotels. The hotel room was filthy. Used condom under my bed, suspect possible drugs under the bed, def not safe for pets. The bed itself was incredibly uncomfortable, to the point that my husband and I left a day early simply because we couldn't handle it any longer. We wasted basically $110 just to avoid being miserable any longer. The kitchen was very run down and dirty. Even though the room was non smoking it reaked of old cigarette smoke. I'm pregnant and this was concerning to us. I just can't believe how horrible the experience was. I'm so disappointed.

We chose this hotel because it was dog friendly. Upon check-in we were given a room on the top (3rd) floor. We asked if there was anything available on the ground floor and were told there wasn’t. Upon entering our room we were hit with a strong odor of cigarette smoke. My husband called the front desk and we were given a room on the 1st floor. Not sure why we weren’t given this in the first place instead of dragging all our things to the top floor and back down again. Overall the room is clean although very “bare bones”. The bed was comfortable and we barely heard the freeway noise. It was fine for one night and we were able to have our dog with us.

It was not amazing, fair as the room had dirty carpet and some mold in the shower, the other times I’ve stayed here have been in rooms with no carpet and were much cleaner. I was disappointed in the room they gave me this time!

Terrible. Booked three nights and because the room was so sup-par decided to stay with a friend the last night over staying here another night. No coffee maker, had a little kitchen but no utensils, no cups, no plates. The furniture was so old and made of particle board afraid it would break during my stay. Just really bad rooms, would stay anywhere else but here next time. Never again!
