location, lots of parking, room was very clean, comfortable and quiet.

The tall guy at the reception, who was clean-shaven (no beard or mustache), was wonderful, extremely helpful, and fast at service—truly one of the best I have ever seen.
On the other hand, what I disliked was a person named Reza, who wears glasses and has a beard and mustache. He was the absolute worst person I have ever dealt with in customer service. He was rude, angry, and refused to assist. We even got into an argument. I sincerely hope he gets fired for his terrible service and lack of cooperation."
