Well appointed property with extremely friendly and courteous staff. Rooms were large, very clean and well decorated. Loved the redwood trees and the lake right next door is absolutely beautiful. We will definitely stay here again

This is a pretty clean, organized, beautiful hotel. We came for 2nights of girl's get together at another location but we all stayed here, we were all taken care of. The customer service was top notch & I am picky, so when I say its good its pretty good. Every staff made sure were were taken care of. Fyi: wifi & Parking are not free, but I was ok with that, so no big deal.

The housekeeping kept knocking on my door even after I put the do not Disturb she kept implying when I was checking out looking at her watch I asked if there was a problem as it’s only 9am . Such a terrible and annoying experience . I’ve stayed her twice too

There was no hot water for my entire stay. I had to take ice cold shower, which was not ideal considering I was here for an important business event. It would be nice for Mariott to give a credit or refund for some of my stay

Nice grounds, could use more signage. Our room was on the 3rd floor facing the roof top mechanical equipment all running 24/7. It may not have been so loud in our room if our slider door would have closed & locked (not safe!). We also could not get our heater to warm our room. It was very chilly last night. Lighting is poor for older eyes & magnifying mirror would be appreciated. Rooms are nicely appointed.

Although this property is newly remodeled, we found the staff to be totally unconcerned about our report of no hot water to shower or bath. I ran the water at least 5 minutes before it began to marginally get warm, my husband tried to shower with no hot water. When reporting this issue, all we got was well no one else has complained! No offer of refunding a portion of the fee or anything. Just a blank stare and no concern for the issue. We left the hotel not being able to clean up or use the water facilities since there was no hot water. Nor do they tell you if the window is open none of the a/c or heating units work. We had to discover this ourselves!

Great location, is near shopping and restaurants and easy freeway access. Hotel is in need of updating, but overall was fine. Nothing spectacular. Rooms were clean and nice. Lobby obviously had an AC issue, the heat was on and was very hot. But didn’t affect Rooms. Didn’t like the bar hours, only open very briefly for couple hours. Overall was good.

Unbearably, hot on the first floor. Just terrible. Felt bad for the lobby staff who had to work in it. It was at least 10 degrees hotter than outside (90 degrees). Our room was decent however the shower door does not remain closed. The railing wasn’t balanced so the door would not remain close and continuous slide open while showering. Extremely frustrating as well as the AC capped at 68, a first floor room while the remainder of the floor was bad. Thins walls. Heard someone business call as well as another parties disagreement.

Great location. Across the street is a nice trail with a little lake to walk around, it’s quite beautiful during the evening. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel is recently renovated, stylish, smells very good and has everything you would need. Would stay here again.

We reserved a two queen bed room for a night. When we arrived it was not available and were told there will not be one available at all. They offered a single bed instead. This is not what we reserved for 2 adults. Their excuse was “renovation”. We should have been notified by text or email in advance. We were basically stranded the night before a wedding. We had to scramble to find another hotel in the area, overpriced and not close to the venue. When I called hotels.com for the refund they cooperated and said I would get one in 3-5 days. Then I received an email stating they are investigating. Misleading service on both ends

I did have to ask for our room to be serviced and wished there was complimentary breakfast. I did leave a pillow in the room and they were able to retrieve it and left it for me to pick up at the front desk

The property is under construction, specifically the lobby, the restaurant and the bar which were primary reasons for choosing this property. We were very disappointed in this and I will write to Marriott directly. The hotel did not advise of this condition prior to booking. This is no fault of Expedia.

The staff at check in and the bar were wonderful. My room had clearly been updated already in the renovation and was so nice (though the TV gave off an odd glow all night even powered off). The outside of the hotel itself seems to need a good cleaning or painting but the grounds are lovely. Enjoyed the clean and well appointed gym very much. Sadly when leaving in the morning there was quite a lot of garbage (and someone’s underwear!) in the hallway. Water machine on my floor was out of service but no other issues. Super convenient, great price and will stay again.

I know that they are in the middle of a remodel, but a couple things could have been better. To start the shower was freezing, and after waiting nearly 20 minutes, still freezing. They put us out in the boonies and the AC didnt work either. The room was nice, but we weren't expecting that we would need to ask for maintenance. Also wish the hotel had a breakfast option like other Marriott hotels we stayed at during the trip. I did let management know and they waived the parking fee for the hotel, but could have been better.
