Very nice Disney family hotel

We booked the property as it was close to the parks, but without park pricing and they had shuttle service. Once we arrived we were told by the front desk that their shuttle was not running on Friday as it was “broken”. When we returned from the park Friday we asked if the shuttle was fixed, the same lady working the desk gave a confused look. She said the shuttle was not broke. Nothing like paying extra money for Uber when nobody knows what is going on. Come to find out the “free shuttle to the parks” only goes to 4 places. Once in the morning and once in the afternoon on their schedule. Stay away.

Nice renovated hotel. Super friendly staff, coffee and water all day at the lobby was a nice touch. Breakfast ok. No parking fees no resort fees. Excellent location, near everything!

The advertising of the shuttle to Disney properties is overstated. It isn’t user friendly and using it would greatly reduce hours in the parks without transferring to other parks. The water pressure and max temperature of the showers was not great

This turned out to be a great experience. The front desk employee Brianna was so helpful and informative. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Housekeeping manager Sylvia and one of her staff member Erenia really went the extra mile. We were going to DisneyWorld and it was very close and convenient. Very pleased.

Old property . Bathroom very muggy because airflow couldn’t get there . Breakfast not a hot breakfast . Breakfast is an awful continental breakfast .

BEWARE - hotel looks nothing like the pics now! I am not by any means a picky person - I’ve never sent back food or complained about accommodations but this hotel changed all that! Driving up you’re greeted with green stuff growing on the exterior. Immediately after walking into our room it was musty, my eyes started to water and nose started to plug up, as I’m highly allergic to mold. Dust on ceiling vents, rust spots, large spots of chipped paint, a broken cupboard immediately caught my eye. We had a 1 bedroom suite, putting our teen on the pullout sofa. We could not open the bathroom door and the bedroom door at the same time, as they hit each other. The king bed sunk in the middle, with the feeling of springs poking through. The pullout bed was browned with age. It was not comfortable, welcoming or clean. Expedia tried to work with the hotel for a refund but they refused. We lasted an hour before getting a different Marriott hotel, and eating that cost. I was not only disappointed in how the hotel handled the situation, but how Marriott had neglected this property!

I was told a breakfast buffet would be available, but that was not the case

The room was HORRIBLE! It felt like a cheap motel rather than a Fairfield Inn. The shiny paint on the walls made it feel cheap and uninviting. The furniture showed MUCH wear and tear. I tried to open a drawer of the dresser and couldn't - it was jammed? There was no fan in the bathroom so upon 4 of us showering in the morning the room was incredibly humid then, even after going to have breakfast and returning to the room. The bathtub I assumed was just an odd shade, but upon running my fingernail across it I realized it was SCUM THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED! And there was some kind of oily marks on the shower wall above the soap etc dispensers that my finger could rub away = gross! Add to all of that that the drain didn't drain well so after each shower we were left standing in a few inches of soapy-dirty-rinsed-off water, which meant the next to shower started their shower in it. There was no alarm clock; had to ask for one! I called front desk the night we arrived asking if there were other rooms not as outdated and in such poor condition as ours but (I think) he said they were all the same, and there wasn't anywhere to change us to as they were nearly sold out. Great. The parking felt unsafe behind a shopping strip. The only positive I can say about this hotel was that every employee we came in contact with be it at the front desk, dining area, or the man who brought us up fresh towels -- they were all very pleasant and as helpful as they could be.

Noisy, poor breakfast, and dirty. Only saving grace was the staff was friendly

EXCELLENT ALL ROUND, amaxing hotel, breakfast, coffee and tea all day in reception a bonus, AMAXING BED AND ROOM, 5 mins from Disney Springs , highly recommend for shopping and eats, free Disney bus connection to allparks, free parking, highly recommended.

Great check in process, awesome location. Very clean ! Breakfast. - make sure you have early breakfast, before 9 am, or settle for just coffee or to pay for breakfasts somewhere else.

I decided to stayed there because of the good reviews but to my surprise this place was very disappointing I couldn’t wait to get out . Our room had a horrible smell like pee and wet dog . Our shower tub was dirty and falling apart . They definitely need to renovate the room. They only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast only open from 6-9 am

The checkin staff was very nice and got us checked in fast

It's about 10 minutes from Epcot, great customer service, clean and excellent hot breakfast. Fantastic place to stay with your family.

The hotel property is good. However throughout the parking lot is full of car damaging pot holes at the 1st entrance in... I realize that's the property managements problem... But it takes away from your hotels experience.

Room was clean. Temp. Just right for me. Lots of space for storage.

We always prefer Marriot because of excellent service and breakfast is very good, this location is perfect so close to Disneyworld. Room service is perfect, the staff are all nice,

This placed served us well. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning. Friendly staff were serving it.

The proximity to the Walt Disney World Resort was very convenient. The room had a lot of space and appeared in good condition. The continental breakfast was very plentiful and friendly staff attending each morning.
