The hotel in general was in the perfect location for what we needed. Breakfast wasn't in my top ten bracket. They open at 6:30 according to their sign. They opened 10 minutes late. There was no coffee in the lobby to enjoy while waiting. Every place I have stayed before opened at 6am for early risers and workers, not 6:30. Now my number one problem was paying for a room then having to pay to park in an unattended lot. Who thought this up Biden? Parking should be free if you aren't protecting my car as well as everyone elses.

Great stay! Was looking for a last minute deal on a business trip and it checked all boxes. Room was clean and shower was hot!
Breakfast was a touch underwhelming in terms of options available, but it was good.

It was fine. I had a bit of a snag when we checked in since they checked in the earring guest before us with a similar name. But the space in the room was great. Wish it was a bit more up to date and the breakfast was a bit better.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and neat and everything we needed for a one night stay before headed to Disney World. The free breakfast was only ok, but it was free. I didnt like the parking fee as it felt like a cash grab.

Check in was easy, friendly, helpful. Room was super spacious, comfortable, clean. Only problem with room was that toilet flushed slow and shower had pressure issues going in and out. We chose here specifically because it is pet friendly. Our beloved dog was extremely happy here. Too cold to use pool but it was a nice looking pool area. Breakfast offering was extremely nice. There is a theme park shuttle but we used our own car, however I did overhear that you needed to schedule use. Starbucks offerings in lobby was nice touch. Room coffee was not bad, not great but not bad. Every single staff member that we encountered was above and beyond friendly! We highly recommend and would stay here again. Great room size, breakfast and bar area. Close to restaurants, walkable to Disney World and extremely quiet. Also had a great path area for those of us who like to walk or run.

Our experience was great. The food was delicious and the pool and spa was warm and clean. Carolina at the front desk was a jewel and an exceptional worker.

We had terrible experience staying the the hotel. I have listed all the difficulties we faced unhygienic condition which is alarming.
1. We found a cockroach in the room. My daughter was tramatised and feared sleeping. We ended up killing the large cockroach and disposed it as my daughter is entomophobic. Unfortunately I did not take pictures or video of the same or store the cockroach for evidence. When i reported the issue next morning, hotel wanted to see the evidence !

Our experience has always been great. From check in until our departure. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast is great and overall service is great. This is our go to hotel when in Orlando.

Rooms are big and great for large families but unfortunately room didn’t get serviced when we got back to the room so we needed to wait for all items to be restocked. Had to request trash bags and clean the room myself after receptionist advised that I had to come down stairs and get what I needed. To her respond, rooms get serviced every other day but no one advised me that during check in. Staff is super limited.

The hotel is conveniently located. The breakfast area was out of hot water for my tea one day. Liked that breakfast was included and was good. Had plenty of parking. Front desk staff at check out wasn’t very friendly she seemed upset she had to work. Was bothered when asked questions.

Very dirty,we were there for 2 weeks. Room wasn't vacuumed even once. Not working pool, looking like cesspool.

I wasn’t warned ahead of time or even at my check-in that the pool and spa weren’t working. I found out from the bar tender that the pool wasn’t working. My kids love swimming and it would have been nice to have a warning ahead of time about the pool not working. I ended up switching hotels with a pool that works.

The property was fine. In a good location and close to the parks. The included breakfast was very good but only until 9 am. There is a lot of traffic on this street and the ease of entering and exiting can be difficult. We stayed for 2 nights. My only complaint is after returning the 2nd day after a long day in the park, we found our room was not made and no towels were exchanged. When I went to the front desk to complain they told me policy is to clean the rooms every other day unless you make arrangements to have it done daily. By this, I supposed they mean to pay for room service daily. No one told us this on booking or at check-in. They didn't even offer to exchange towels until I went to the desk. Also, there is an $18.00 a day parking fee which I did not know about until I arrived at the hotel even though they have a huge parking lot. To me this is the classic keep room rates low and charge for every other item. I would recommend or stay there again but just to know of the extra charges beforehand,

Part of the reason y chose this place it was the free parking that was advertised in Expedia however they charge me a fee per day. Beside that everything was fine.

The property was very average. The breakfast was terrible. By the time we got down there around 8:30 AM there was barely anything left. I read the reviews of the hotel and it was excellent. That’s why I chose this hotel. For the same price I think I definitely could’ve gotten a better option. There’s also extra charge for parking. I definitely did not understand why.
