Front desk staff were very friendly. But the Room smell like cigarette all the time. Sheets were not clean. And when I requested to change room, staff said no rooms available to change. Room service only took garbage out, dis not change bed covers at all for my 5 night stay. Disappointed

My stay was excellent. Room and bathroom was cleaned to a " T " very spacious with Full kitchen and full size stove & Fridge. We Really enjoyed breakfast, Everything you could imagine was offered u can go wrong with this Hotel. Close by RIO Entertainment center within a very enjoyable walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel. 9/10

First, let me say that the staff at the front desk were all very polite and accommodating. The issues that I had were with the hotel itself. I stayed for four nights as I have recently relocated to the area. The television was broken in the bedroom of my suite; there was trash piled up in the hallways every night; and there were also people hanging out around the doors smoking, cursing, and essentially just loitering. I had to change rooms twice due to broken door locks. On my last night there, there was a mouse in my room!! The desk clerk was very nice. She apologized and moved me to a different building. While that building was clean and free of bags of trash in the hallways, the bed was itchy! I left there at 2:30am in my pajamas. I went and checked into the Marriott instead. It was one of the worst hotel stays that I’ve ever had. I am Marriott brand loyal, because I know what I’m going to get - USUALLY. But not this time, this place should be closed, fumigated, renovated, and turned back into a Residence Inn, because right now it’s functioning more like a cheap motel. I really hate to leave bad reviews, but my experience was really awful. I wouldn’t advise staying here.

Tv screen had big scratches all over it house keeping really domt check to see if you need anything day by day several employees that work the front desk were very rude terrible customer service not friendly at all

Uncomfortable rooms with limited towels, toiletries, and light fixtures -- too much light with some and not enough with others. Bathroom faucet was splattering all over the place. Do not recommend. Over $600 for 3 nights.

A poor room layout puts the HVAC ducts 2 feet from the bed. Very loud cycling on and off during the night.

I was woken up my banging against the wall at 8 am due to maintenance working outside my room directly against the wall of the bedroom.

Very nice room and hotel. Excellent staff and services. Good breakfast included each morning. Great location. Wonderful experience. Felt very comfortable, like it was my own apartment.

Very convenient location next to major highways. The room is spacious and has excellent floor plan. The hallway and elevators are not clean however, and the smell of cooking from other rooms can drift into your room. The room cleanliness is adequate and average. Breakfast is adequate with a good selection of fresh fruits and yogurt. The outdoor sitting area is a plus. Overall, this is very comfortable, adequate and fairly priced option for an extended stay in Wash DC. The metro station is 1.5 miles from the hotel.

Pool doesnt open until memorial day and it should be plainly and ststed on multiple locations. Staff was very friendly, excellent customer service, great breakfast, rooms are well appointed

The hotel was quiet but we never got our room clean for the 4 nights we were there. The staff was friendly when we first got there after that they were kind of rude. The rooms were a little older no plug isn for electronics by the bed. But the location was perfect lots of restaurants and things to within walking distance. I do think it was overpriced.

Pros: quiet, comfortable bed, hot showers
Cons: poor maid service. Only every other day. We stayed 1 week and our maid service missed our service day and never left enough towels or toilet paper. We had to request towels from the front desk each night. Also poor lighting in the rooms.
Breakfast adequate but nothing noteworthy.

The location is excellent close to walking path , shops and lakefront restaurants. Especial thanks to Freddy at the front desk for helping us. Will definitely stay at this hotel again

Nice quiet hotel. It was great to have a little kitchen to make meals in during a long stay. It was very clean and in a convenient location. Overall great place to stay and I would stay there again.

The building is a little old but the service was amazing and they were incredibly accomodating to me and my family. The breakfast every morning was good and the location was amazing. 3 min drive to target and walkable to waterside stores, restaurants, and park. I think it's a great place to stay with the family if you need 2 bedrooms. Also special shout out to Sebastian at the front desk who helped me with checking out issues, will definitely stay here again because of his kindness.

Only average. The first night we were put in a room with a non working refrigerator. The promised it would be fixed by the next day but when we returned with bags of groceries it wasn’t and the only solution was to switch rooms. The pool was closed after the second day we were there. It was the hottest month of the year (90’s) and the pool was a major reason we chose this hotel. We were told it wasn’t working right. I doubt this was true because if it was then why wasn’t it fixed? It was merely covered up. I blame these things on poor management of the hotel. Will not stay here again, there are several other choices in the same area.
