It looked like it was used for long term stays for Covid /homeless needing shelter. No ice no chairs no coffee or cups. No drinking water

VWERY LIMITED STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK. THEY WERE ALWAYS BUSY DOING LAUNDRY. MY BATHROOM SINK WAS CLOGED THE ENTIRE STAY! PEOPLE SMOKING POT OR WHATEVER IN THE PARKING LOT AT ALL HOURS. THEY MADE UP MY ROOM BETWEEN STAYS TOOK THE TV REMOTE AND NEVER BROUGHT ONE. COFFEE/BREDAKFAST WAS A JOKE. I STAYED BECAUSE IT WAS CLOSE TO MY WORK, VERY SKETCHY PLACE!!!!!!!

Breakfast wasn't there. Just some take away snacks. that was disappointment. even milk was not there

The place was relatively clean. The heat did not work great in the room but the front desk had an extra blanket available. The 1st night stay was fine other than I was cold. (That's when I figured out the heat didn't work great.) The second night was SO noisy that, even with ear plugs that I had brought, I couldn't sleep. Lots of banging. Not sure what that was all about, but I attempted to call the front desk but just received a voice message asking if I wanted to make a reservation, so I hung up, thinking the noise might just stop. 20 min later is was still going on. It was 10:40 pm at this point. I called to the front desk again and received an answer. the noise did not stop for anther 20 min. While the staff was very nice, I'm not sure if I would stay at this hotel again. I only stayed here because it was close to where my friend lives, but once i was in the area, I saw there were better hotel chains to choose from. I doubt I would have to deal with the noise at a Marriot and there was one right down the road.

Not recommend to family to stay.. the place small weed every where ( parking lot, stare hal way ) . They need to updated the rest room and the microwave to change

While the room itself was comfortable and quiet, there were no toilertries other than toilet paper and towels. No hand soap or shampoo/conditioner. We were tild when we checked in that if we needed anything like plates for the kitchen, they had them we just needed to ask for them and same for coffee pot but no mention that we needed to ask for hand soap...which i think is is pretty neccessary item for a bathroom. So maybe people are running around the hotel with unclean hands ?? ✋️ IDK.

My stay was actually pretty good and didn't have any complaints. It was what happened after I left the property that has me deeply concerned. The GM verbally disclosed personal information about my stay to a 3rd party. Without warrant, consent and/or court order. This breach of privacy violates CA very strict Consumer Protection Laws. It is concerning but what was most concerning is that he apparently does this often - his words not mine

Cot-style bed with no boxspring, clogged bathroom sink, dripping out-dated stained bathtub, no shampoo/conditioner or hair dryer provided, musty smell throughout hotel. I've never rated any hotel I've stayed at until I stayed in this one. So bad I headed home without a shower because I didn't want to step foot in it.

It’s a mediocre place. It says in its description breakfast provided! Coffee in a thermos bottle? Really that’s breakfast! The kitchenette’s cupboard are lacking any kind of cooking equipment! Or place settings? Hotel is noisy

Like how close it was from Knotts. I didn't like the smell of the facility and room. Bathroom sink was clogged and there was no exhaust?!?.

Good location for getting around LA and only 15mins from Disney parks. Kitchen was not equipped when we arrived and they were only able to supply the basics and took a while to get a coffee maker - we managed, but would have liked toaster/extra pans/plates/cutlery etc. Staff tried their best and were always friendly. There were a few fire alarm issues at the end of our stay. Had a note on door to say these were scheduled to be fully tested/checked just after we would be leaving. Onsite laundry a bonus. Would stay again if visiting LA.

It was clean and super convenient right off the freeway

Bathroom was in extremely poor condition and not very clean. The shower had no curtain or barrier separating flooring so when showering, the entire bathroom floor was wet. There was hair all over the bathroom floors too. Room did have a nice smell upon entrance and front desk staff were very polite and professional. I will not be staying there again though.

For the cost of the room it needs a upgrade on the property

Simple hotel in a safe area and decent accommodations. Clean room with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette. Friendly staff:-).

The photos are very misleading. No pool no breakfast and the place smelled like smoke.

This place is not equipted with a hair dryer, nor shampoo. Supplies are those of cheapest possible.

I would not recommend. Someone who the staff obviously knows was staying in a trailer and they would prop the door open for him. The place was very dirty.

The room said that there was pots, pans, and silverware but upon arrival there was none. The clerk took 15 minutes to help us from doing something in the back room. Overall, the hotel served its purpose.

Location not the best. Glass in parking lot from a car break in. Reported the glass mess but was never cleaned up. Limited staff. No shampoo in room or hairdryer. Have to request it.
