The room was very clean and inviting. The bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed in the size of the tv and bed as it wasn’t what we asked for but we decided to stick with the room anyways. The jetted tub was a plus, we used it every night. I would go back again.

The place was pretty gross, and we didn’t even have blankets on the bed.

1st we had to call for a blanket. There was trash left in the room. They had no wash cloths, had to use a hand towel. Whole in the bathroom door, look like someone punched the door. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and ended up stopping up.

My fat girlfriend couldn’t fit on the bed. Next time try to accommodate for obese women

There were no towels, cigarettes burns on the mattress, exposed electrical wiring in outlets, bowed ceiling, bed bugs and missing smoke detector.

The entry door had been kicked in so it wouldn't lock security. There was a punch hole in the bathroom door and one wall. Their were cigarette burns on the furniture, floor and curtains. The handle to the refrigerator had been melted off. There were no towels in the room. Ceiling tiles were water stained. The chain should cancel their affiliation.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. It was incredibly dirty, there were zero towels in the room upon arrival, the door latch was broken, and the property felt very unsafe overall. I will have nightmares about this place.

I checked in to the room about 9:15pm. I put my things down and left the room. I was running late for an event. I returned at 2:30am to find I had no towels. I called the help desk and they told me they don’t have any towels to call back in the morning. I got up at 8am and called the rest again and again was told they don’t have any. I told them I needed to shower I had a wedding to attend in 3 hours. I was told AGAIN they don’t have any towels except small one. I agreed to take the small ones because I needed to shower. They brought me 2 washcloths!!! 2 little wash clothes.. my hair was dripping wet and I Missed the wedding! Finally at 7pm the NEXT day they brought me 2 towels and 1 wash cloth. I asked for a refund and was told to call the manager the next day. I asked for his name , the woman said mark was his name. When I called the next day I was told there was no one there by that name. At this time i gave up . This morning I am leaving, check out is at 11am. They were banging my door down screaming “ housekeeping” at 10am. Funny how when it’s time to go they are on top of things but when you need something you can’t get any assistance. They knew when I checked on that there were no towels. Had they told me that, I would have just went and bought one and wouldn’t have been mad at all but the way they handled things was so unprofessional. I will NEVER stay at another econo lodge again and I will be passing on the word to all My friends and family about my experience.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Terrible room quality. Bed sheets had holes in them. Only 3 pillows for FOUR people. Terrible never again will I go there.

The room was dirty, no towels. The sheets were not clean and had hair all over. The mattress was very dirty and had cigarette burn all over. The couch in the room was dirty. The remote for the tv was taped in the back to hold the battery together

They have roaches.. as soon as we turn on the light to the bathroom three roaches scattered into the cracks. If you’re going to book here please be sure to ask them about the roach infestation that they have.

I don’t know who rated this hotel a 4 because it’s definitely a 1. All you smelled was urine when going up to the room, no towels no hot water. The fridge was barely cold because the freezer tray was in a block of ice, the AC worked when it wanted to, spiderwebs in the corners, child writing on walls. I’m so happy I bought my own wash rag, towel, and Lysol. The owner of this place should be embarrassed.

Holes (cigarette burns) in bedspread, hole in bathroom door. Heater held together with duct tape. Very loud. Feels unsafe for me and my kids.

Sketchiest place I've ever been , place was falling apart , door was rotted, dresser missing drawers, smelled horrible, stayed 5 minutes and left. Nothing remotely close to the pictures.

We drove almost 9 hours, from Virginia, and were extremely tire but were not allowed to check in early. We were assigned a non smoking room but as soon as we walked in the stench of cigarette was overwhelming. There were cigarette burns on the bedspread. The toilet could be flushed but the tank would not fill unless we removed the lid and jiggle the lever. We reported it but nobody came. Free breakfast was offered but when we asked where to go we were given an apple, honey bun and granola bar in a brown paper bag. Housekeeping never came during our stay, we waited two days for clean towels that we requested. The window curtain was falling off the hooks and had to pinch it with the door so people from outside couldn’t look in.

A Budget Hotel that got stuck in the 1990s.

Room door was left unlocked and open, after room was made up. Toilet barely flushed, and clogged several times. Shower sprayed water on floor. Room needed general repair and maintenance.

Poor air quality in the room; Makes one sick. Place is unkempt. Pieces of thick paper/ cardboard holding up the room furniture. Cobwebs!

I enjoyed my stay

Place was extremely dirty, staff was uncooperative when we kept asking for a new room when one of us has asthma. Air quality was stinky. Lots of stuff was damaged in the room from before.

It wasn't the greatest. The jetted tub was greasy. And the bathroom ceiling was leaking. Went to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Everything was soaked.
