Our phone in our room did not work, we didn't have any hot water and no top sheet for pull out couch. With ask these issues, I'm surprised we weren't offered any compensation. Need ste clean and comfortable.

Our room was not cleaned the next day, without notification that it would not be cleaned. So we had no clean towels or coffee. The fan in bathroom was very noisy. The desk support was not friendly and when the help brought my requested towels, coffee, they were not friendly at all. Way too expensive for the lack of quality.

it was a romantic getaway with my wife an we had reserved a king size bed an they gave us a double queen bed so it was a bad experience

The front desk, housekeeping, and management staff were amazing! I loved my room overlooking the pool. It was clean and cozy! Less than one mile to a grocery store and nice restaurants

Constantly heard doors slam and. Prices in adjoining rooms. Comfortable room. Shower is old and faucet very loose. Hot and cold water lines are hooked up backwards. Ver overpriced food and drinks in cafe area. Appreciate the free coffee

Location is fantastic! Staff top-notch, especially Aurora at front desk & Clay, area Director of Sales. Very accommodating & always with a smile. Facility very clean, 24 hour coffee always fresh & housekeeping is the best! Will visit again, highly recommended.

Hotel is fine however I was wrongly charged $550 instead of just $50 for a deposit. Now I have to wait days upon days to have all that money released back to my account. That really put me in a bad place for the following night and getting another hotel because I was counting on having that money. This type of error is completely unacceptable and now I’m not sure what to do.

We were so disappointed as it was so over priced ! It was old run down! The furniture in our room was filthy dirty disgusting! I had to wear my socks and they got filthy! i complained down stairs and told him how bad it was and he said sorry i guess we’re over due for renovation! The pictures on line were misleading!!They must have been taken when the building was built! Your prices do not match what your paying for when you can get a much better place for same price or a little less! i would never ever stay there again let alone recommend it to anyone!!! The carpet in our room was dirty filthy! my bathroom floor in my own home o could eat off of but not your hotel

Clerk provided incorrect information RE food/bar service.
Key did not work on one of the pool gates.
Coffee pot in lobby was empty at 9 a.m.
A repair person was still in the room when we tried to enter it.
The lack of a complimentary breakfast, which we knew about, is a negative.
On the positive side, comfortable bed and pillows, large balcony., and proximity to Applebee's.

The property is convenient to all venues and I-10, and is clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our dislikes are the in room fridges are very tiny, and complimentary breakfast is not available like with Springhill Suites, Residence Inn and others.

Best hotel stay we’ve had in a long time. Very clean, rooms were kept up, good linens, very quiet, friendly reception from front desk people. Breakfast was well stocked with a variety of choices. No problem with parking. Gym was nice for hotel gym. Gym had good free weight limits. Good cable machine and gym was clean. CPK restaurant in walking distance across the street. Outside courtyard is well maintained. No hesitation recommending this property. This is the nicest Hampton we’ve stayed at.

Property was average, we never had our room cleaned fortunately I caught a housekeeper to exchange towels. We were there 5 days, 4 nights. Front desk staff were very friendly.

The property is old, the night is expensive and the food service lady very rude, there was no coffee, the menu with little variety, very disappointed in everything, no more Marriot to stay.

The property was nice! Close the the freeway and not far from town. We booked a king room and were told when we got there they were overbooked in king rooms and none were available. So, we ended up with two queens. For the price, not really worth it. Breakfast was great but there was only one lady running the show. She’s a gem handling the whole breakfast area on her own. We probably will stay closer to Palm Desert next time.

Our experience was terrible. The room was clean and acceptable. However the cable connection was terrible and housekeeping said it was the provider. The breakfast that we paid for we didn't use because the service was slow and the menu very limited. We stayed the following nite at La Quinta Embassy Suites and got a much nicer suite for less money and fabulous breakfast.

Ask for accessible room when reserved and called to confirm due to knee replacement surgery. Called and checked it existed day before again and said ok about roll in shower and grab bars in bathroom. Arrived and did not exist or not available in at least 6 suite rooms.
Pull out couch was like a prison bed. Metal coming through on back. Had to bring many, many pads to cover metal. About 6 bed pads , 3 blankets etc.

First off I never write reviews but this time I must ! The room was super dark and dank. Tiniest bathroom with terrible lighting. No hot water barely got warm. Would not stay here again total disappointment.

Took 30 minutes to check in, pool was no heated, waited another 30 minutes to ask about it and was treated rudely, fridge did not work, most of the plugs in the room didn’t work, air conditioning barely worked…coldest was 77 degrees and it was 100 outside. This was our 5th time staying there…it was never like this before. Will not stay again.
