Found ants crawling all over the AC unit when first checked in the room. I asked to be moved to a different room, but there were none available for the night. The person at the front desk did apologize and was friendly though.

The room was decent. We did have issues with ants being in our room, the front desk lady was exceptionally sweet. The morning breakfast consisted of bagels, toast, or cereal, & the milk was gone both times we went down.
Overall, it was a decent stay as we just needed a place to sleep at night. Beds were comfortable.

No daily room cleaning! Front desk said they clean rooms once per week. Room was in a delapidated condition and required much maintenance. They did not want to change our room!

Bed bugs. The next morning i noticed a series of bumps on the back of my arm. 4 acne looking dots in a straight line js a sign of bed bugs. Terrible stay and would never come back. Looked clean but apparently not

It's an average hotel. The bathroom was the only issue the shower rod was starting to fall down and the shower head wasn't in great shape BUT ive stayed here many times and its always great so this was maybe a one off.

I chose to get a room for me and my boys in aurora that was affordable and nice. This hotel was able to fulfill those expectations. I plan to stay here again when I am in the area.

Hallways were smelly. Breakfast did not have options except for bread and cold cereal. Pool not operational.

Nothing really wrong with my stay except they had an issue with the fire alarm on the last night.
For the price everything was within what I expected?An older property with friendly staff, some rough edges but will stay again when I return to Naperville.

The bathroom had black pubic hair on the floor by the shower. The phone didn't work. And there was trash behind the end table between the beds. Said it was a continental breakfast and it was cold cereal milk in a glass refillable jug. And mini bagels. Really. Found on the website room was 70.00 but i booked on Hotels.com i had to pay 88.00 a night. I will not ever stay there again.

Chose the room with the hot tub to stay over night for our anniversary. The carpet in the room was so wet near the a/c that you could hear the water squish! It literally splashed me. The room smelled like cat pee. They say it wasn't like that earlier in the day. It smelled horrible. I wanted to leave and get a refund back to my hotels.com account because I had booked it using my points. They told me no and that there was no other rooms available in the whole hotel.
The refrigerator was barely cold and it sounded like something was running in it, loudly.

My room was dirty, I found the previous person who was using it receipts in the room. There were crumbs on the floor throughout the room. It was disgusting.

Customer service was rude didn’t speak say hi or anything. Threw the pen at me etc just rude rooms have cigarettes burns etc

Hotel stay was average. I stayed two consecutive nights, making separate reservations. Rate was good, that's why I reserved again for the second night. First night I was given a handicapped room without asking me and the hotel parking lot was empty. Saw ants in the room. The second night I received a room on the 2nd floor and the toilet was broken. Overall hotel was clean but the age of the hotel shows.

The hotel is in poor shape, the breakfast is hopeless, everything is on styrofoam plates and cups, no choice of tea, nothing hot, the hotel has a swimming pool, of course, without water, there is a lot of noise around, the hotel is located in the middle of a housing estate, but somehow it is very noisy, apart from the staff, I have not seen There are no positives or negatives about this hotel

This hotel was good for a 1 night stay. Clean. BUT nowhere on their site did it say the pool was out of service. I had 3 very disappointed children! We didn't see that it was out of service until we were already checked in.

I booked it for a friend, We had an Incident at the time of check in. The lady check in before us did steal our bag pack. We rushed to grab her and took our bag back. we requested the Manager and staff on duty to check CCTV video and take action. I followed up from reception multiple times, its been 5 days. We did not even heard back from the management, we did not call for room service bec of that. Did not feel safe all the time. Room and facilities were good,

I had no issues whatsoever. I had to stay here for business and the check-in process was wonderful. The person at the desk was very kind. I had a problem with the toilet in my room so he immediately moved me to another room without question.

Loved everything except the breakfast. All they have is cereal and bagels. Looks like hotel has been recently renovated. Very clean and very friendly and helpful staff.

Disgusting. The room was filthy. There were not even fitted sheets on the bed. They had a flat sheet on the mattress so as you slept you ended up sleeping directly on the mattress.
We cancelled our room for the second night and found another room elsewhere.

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff and how they made my room perfect for the visit.
