One night stay was good. Bed was good and room nice. However No plates, silverware cups in room. No ice in the building. The area is good with many food options.

Terrible. The guy at the front was rude as hell to me and the charged me a late fee when I added a day on to my stay which makes no sense because we never checked out so how would we get a late fee?. There was no complimentary shampoo, lotion, or body wash even though when you check in it states online there is. At this location they charge you 1.75 plus tax if you need anything that is suppose to come with your stay including toilet paper and extra towels. Absolutely ridiculous. The room smelled like cigarettes even though it was a no smoking room, everything was stained. It was just so ghetto here and I will never stay at an extended stay again.

I reserved two beds in a room got there they rented that one and only had a single bed available which I could not take so they broke my cancellation but then they still charged me one night for cancellation when this was on their fault

Friendly people at the front desk and helpful with where to go in the area. It's close to the highway, but you definitely need a car to get to the grocery stores if you're planning on cooking. Also, it's a BYO cookware, plates, utensils, etc. You can buy them at the desk, but it's pricey.

When I Got there? My room! Wasn’t ready! Gave me 2 tv remote that didn’t work! Phone! Didn’t work and the Microwave! Cord! Was placed behind the microwave to the wall! MAKE THAT HOTEL YOUR NEVER! TO GO TO PLACE!!👎👎👎👎

I checked in late due to a flight delay and the attendant blurted out “I don’t know why they sent you here we don’t have no rooms available” she looked up my name and to her surprise I did have a room booked. Upon entering the room I immediately saw stains on the counters, sink and shower. Honestly I’m not entirely sure if the shower stains were dirt or mold but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt but the chips out of the enamel on the tub were undeniable. I just thank God that my wife wasn’t with me because she would’ve insisted we sleep in the car! Left the next morning and would’ve checked out immediately but I couldn’t find any staff so I called back a few hours later but never got my money back.

The services is bad and the conditions of the property is very poor. Realize the property needs to be updated and the staff needs to be trained correctly. A phone system needs to be added so that the front desk attendant know that there someone at the desks. Because you will be waiting for 15-20 minutes. Some staff members are helpful. It’s just a give and take situation.

At check in we were given a key to a room already occupied. No central staircase in a large u-shaped building seems a fire hazard. Our hair dryer didn’t work. No tableware or cookware provided. No shampoo available

Read reviews and believe them. The best things was it was quiet and inexpensive. 2night stay. This hotel is not typical of this chain. The room had an undescribable smell. Almost every surface was either chipped or painted over in a color that wasn't even close. There were holes in the walls. Mold in the bathroom.The staff was pleasant, but this facility is beyond rundown. Hopefully they are planning on a rennovation.

The place definitely needed some up keep. Carpet and floors were dirty in elevator and hallways and cold tell were not vacuumed in awhile. There was a person sitting down in the hallway outside room having a phone conversation for a long time and other things to make the stay feel akward. For missing in the room kitchen area and only toiletries was bar if soap.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. It's in a state of severe disrepair, more fitting for a 1-star rating. The rooms reek of cigarettes, with stained and dirty carpets. The shower area was a mold-infested nightmare, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. To top it off, the room had multiple holes in the walls, posing a safety risk. The pitch-dark hallway to the rooms was concerning, and the front desk’s 11pm-9am closure was inconvenient. My advice: Avoid this place and invest a bit more in a safer, cleaner option. There are red flags everywhere.

I have traveled extensively my personal and professional life and this might have been the WORSE experience I have ever had, the condition and cleanliness of the hotel was TERRIBLE. The front desk staff didn't greet me well either, they didn't even get out of their chairs upon my arrival. I actually checked out early after one night and only stayed the one night because I had already pre-paid.

The third floor smelled like heavy smoke. It got to the point where I had a headache and ended up leaving as a result like 1 hr after. Couldnt even get a refund despite not staying that long cause it was done through hotels.com -_-

The advertised amenities were only provided upon request. Namely a coffee machine and supplies for my room. I requested them twice and had to finally transport them to my room myself with no cart. All. Cupboards were bare. Not even a water cup was provided.

This property looks nothing like the pictures! Upon arrival, folks wee in the lobby complaining about rooms being double booked and folks walking into rooms that were already occupied!! Another couple immediately asked for a refund. And guess what the same thing happened to us! We walked in on a family with their children! We immediately asked for a full refund and a cancellation! The property smelled of garbage on the third floor and you could smell food cooking on the second. It was run down and shady looking from the lobby to the room! So glad we got outta there!

After wonderful prior experiences with you guys, I had no problem spending $345 for 2 nights.
However, at this location upon arrival, it took over 10 minutes to check in (we were the only guests there) because the woman working was on her phone having a screaming match with one of her friends.
We finally went up to our non-smoking room and the entire floor reeked of cigarettes. Sure enough, so did our room.
Our key cards get reset every time we leave the room. We have to go back to the front desk each time and the same woman is on her phone with a friend… making the process take much longer.
The “breakfast included” featured 2 leftover granola bars and 1 muffin.
I’d expect this down the street at a run down motel, but not for this price, not from you guys.

There were no shampoo or conditioner, the A/C didn’t see to cool the room enough, some of the cabinets were broken, the top of the fridge was dirty, and normally a king sized room has 4 pillows and there were only 3. The room wasn’t filthy, but it felt unclean because it looked like the place wasn’t being properly maintained. We decided to check out the same day we arrived because we weren’t comfortable enough to sleep there.

Booked and paid for room w/king size bed. Also inquired about first floor room. Put in first floor room and Wasn’t told there are only queen beds on 1st floor. Stayed. Water on floor in bathroom which we cleaned up to have the toilet overflow when used. Had to plunge but no mop or maint to clean up floor

I made a reservation the day before. I realized that I was not going to be able to check in until 11:00 due to a work commitment. I called them to alert them of this at 7:00. They said that all rooms become 1st come, 1st serve after 6:00 and they only had 1 room left. I had to be late to my meeting in order to get the dank room that I had a reservation for. The room wasn't too bad though it smelled of mold. There was trash and spit in the elevator. You're right on the highway so forget opening your windows. Cheap sheets and a mattress where you can feel the buttons rounded things out perfectly.

I paid for my room and was told there was no room available due to the system being down

I booked the room a month in advance 9 hours away from where we live. We get there to be told they do not have the room I booked. (Double beds) that even though I booked a month in advance they had people unexpectidly extend their stay. Im sorry but knowing you had bookings you should say no to them. Then she expected me to put 4 people on a king size bed because thats all they had left. No Im sorry, all attitude like it was our fault they double booked. We left amd went to the holiday in next door that had wonderful staff and rooms for the same price.

I didn’t get a room. When we arrived the Asst Manager took forever to check us in. She seemed very disconnected with us. Then she said they were overbooked and didn’t have the room for 3 like we reserved. I am extremely upset with this experience. We had to find another hoteland spend almost double to get a room. Not happy that despite having selected a room in advance it wasn’t available.

When they say No Frills, they mean it! (I didn't see that claim until after we checked out) Ugh Absolutely nothing in the room. (They claimed there would be utensils and plates but there was absolutely nothing) I'm surprised they even had sheets on the bed based on how there was nothing else helpful or useful in the entire hotel. At least it was clean.
Don't believe them when they say they have breakfast. They had muffins, granola bars, and oatmeal packets. Not helpful for people that have allergies to wheat and dairy or anyone who likes to have food with flavor.
Honestly, it cost way too much for such a "no-frills" place. Will definitely never stay again.
