Very pleasant staff. Good breakfast.

Over soft mattress and pillows. Not enough foam pillows. Too many feather pillows. Strangely? Didn't clean my room during my stay. Not a major issue. Price was ok. A bit high.

Everything was perfect except the bed was very old and not confortable. The staff was very very nice and polite. It is very clean and well maintain.

A very bad mattress, A new mattress in the room 357 will be needed.

Sheets had blood droplets on them my first night. Poor lighting in the room.

1. Excellent location, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. 2. Peaceful environment, I really liked the lobby. 3. The staff are very friendly and helpful. 4. The rooms are comfortable and big.

1. Rooms are not sound-proof, I could hear people in the next room speaking the entire night. 2. I wish the bar in the hotel was opened in the afternoon too so I didn't need to go somewhere else to grab a drink. 3. The fire alarm was triggered twice in the same day for some unknown reasons. 4. The furnitures in the rooms are a little bit too old.
