It was a little noisy in the hallway in the middle of the night, but everything else was fine. I didn’t say

Very nice staff. Comfortable and large room. Perfect location for overnight transiting through YVR. Easy walk to SkyTrain and bus exchange. Not so sure about the extensive use of disposable cardboard cups, plates and wooden cutlery. Are they more ecological than proper ceramic and glassware? Probably not. They also feel cheap. So, there’s a lot to recommend this place and I would probably stay here again. I’m just not so sure about some of the choices they’ve made.

I’m a Hilton honors member but when we checked in we did not receive any of the perks that we have been accustom to as members. The front desk staff were not helpful and were not able to answer our questions. The toilet in our room did not flush properly and my husband had to fix it. When we returned to our room after breakfast the electronic lock on our room was not working and we were licked out of our room for quite awhile waiting for someone to fix it. Overall not the quality or service we are used to at a Hampton Inn

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Had everything we needed. The breakfast was decent. The staff was very helpful & friendly.

When I opened the door after receiving the room key from the front desk, it was immediately apparent that the room had not been properly cleaned and prepared for a new guest arrival. When I returned to the front desk to notify them of this issue, the staff member was dismissive and seemed to imply that I was mistaken about the room's condition. Their reaction was unprofessional. Leaving a room in such a state of disarray should never occur, and it clearly happens with enough regularity that the staff did not find it surprising.

It was for one night before heading back to the airport to catch a shuttle to Whistler. Hotel had a small storage room where we were able to store two ski bags instead of having to lug them into our room.

We stayed at the hotel before an early flight. When we checked in (around 5pm) they informed us all the early morning shuttles were full. This was the whole reason we stayed at the hotel so had to pay more for an Uber. We also picked the hotel as they suggested they offer cribs. I would NOT recommend you use them. It was a very lumpy pack and play that had the mattress as the outside that was dragged on the ground. Our daughter slept in the bed with me instead.

This hotel is nearby the Airport and the Outlet. It is good place to stay before air flight.

Upon arrival the guest services agent at the front desk snapped at us. Found little black hairs in the bathtub, in the sink and on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was ok and very typical of a free breakfast buffet. Short stay so worked for what we needed.

Could not be better situated for a stay over before a flight. Super friendly restaurant staff who kept the breakfast buffet well stocked. Comfy beds. Great for families.

Good basic hotel by the airport.

The hotel is very close to the airport which was important for our stay. We chose this hotel because of the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunetly, because of the time we landed the shuttle was not available and we had to take a taxi. Thankfully the front desk was able to help us with this.
Check in was very quick and easy. Our room was a comfortable temperature and very clean. Breakfast was a good spread of options.

I did not receive the king bedroom I booked because the keypad didn't work. The "only" available room was a queen.

The location is quite close to the airport and it is very convenient to travel from the airport to the hotel by shuttle bus. The room is clean and quiet. The customer service is awesome. Everyone is welcoming and smiling.

Was not happy with rude front desk lady. Booked this hotel beginning of December for the transportation to and from the hotel to the airport. Site said free parking for while your on trip as well. I even phoned to confirm this with the hotel before booking. When we arrived to the hotel front desk lady said they stopped allowing parking while gone on your trip. Said thry stopped it a few months back. She wouldn't accomidate us in anyway and was very rude. So now we are paying $250 to park at thr airport. We drove from kamloops for out trip to be cheaper when we could have flown from home instead for the same price. Not impressed.
