i reserved a king size bed and when i got there they said they overbooked and they gave me a room w 2 queen beds. i am too big for a queen size bed. then my electric key card did not work and had to get it reset 3x before it worked. took me 30 mins to get into my room to relax. i have been to this hotel over 20x and will never go back to get a room bc they cant keep a proper reservation.

This is my third stay at this hotel. There is a wonderful, professional staff in each of the various departments, especially the front desk. Florence is just perfect in helping
anything one may need. The breakfast choices are varied each day. I've used the fitness room which is open 24/7 and have excellent fitness machines and weights to use, towels and water dispenser.
The pool area is lovely and has lounges for sunning and shaded and covered areas. I will defiinitely stay here again.

Marriott should be embarrassed. Dates, run down, loud ice makers, door keys that don’t work. Go elsewhere. Staff was great. They deserve better.

The design of our room needs improvement. There’s a living room area however, there’s no door to divide the bedroom from the living room. They should have installed a pocket door or regular door to divide the living room from the bedroom for more privacy. The water in the shower did not get very hot. The sink should be in the bathroom, not outside of it. All bedrooms should have a duvet cover over the blanket to assure that the blanket is sanitized and clean. This way housekeeping can wash the duvet cover before it’s placed on the bed. There is no counter space in the little kitchenette area.

The room was clean although the tub looked stained. The bed was comfortable which is super important. There were a lot of breakfast options and appreciated the oat milk. However, please consider more vegan and healthier options such as vegan yogurt and whole grain breads. The coffee was
fresh and delicious! Upon entering the hotel lobby there was a very strong stale cigarette/cigar odor. The lobby needs some work to eliminate the smell.

Lights out in parking lot. Couldn’t drop off suitcases for fear of being towed!! Unfriendly unwelcoming staff. Asked for different pillows for 2 days before getting them. Furniture and carpet old looking.
Breakfast was good. No public hand sanitizer. Inconvenient parking.

The room was clean, good breakfast, great great coffee all day long. Did not use facilites. Rooms a little outdated for connecting phones etc

Check in people were great. Friendly, helpful, efficient and welcoming. Parts of the property looked fairly new and others not so new. Decent place to stay. Did not like the noise from other guests. Doors had so much open around them, there is no privacy. Connecting door between meant I heard every loud yell from them, every slammed door, and every knock (so many) on a door in the hall. Didn’t sleep much.

The hotel and our room was clean and the breakfast is excellent. But by far the best, was the staff. Everyone was so nice & cheerful and they interacted easily with all guests. Good job team!!!

Though the hotel is a little dated, it is well maintained. The staff is incredibly friendly and you feel like you are visiting friends. I had requested that my room not be freshened while I was there but the cleaning staff came in anyway, which was a little upsetting, but all in all, I would highly recommend this little jewel in Boca.

For some reason my room had been canceled.But the front desk guy reinstated was very nice,gave us rooms near a family member who was also staying there.great customer sevice,great variety breakfast choices..Rooms i rate 4/5 their was cat or dog hard food left on the side near the kitchen area.other then that great place!

It was very dirty we stayed for 6 days and no room cleaning during our stay. They advertised as double sofa but it was single and it was disgusting. I don’t understand how this hotel has 8.4 it should be something like 6 max. Stay away

The only great thing about this property is the concierge named Florence and the nice breakfast ladies. The rooms need updating and the hotel matinenance staff are horribly accommodating. Would not start here ever again.

Even though we confirmed our reservation someone at the front desk marked it as a no show. Unbeknownst to us! We were given a room but not the room we reserved totally unprofessional! The room was old and dirty! The towel bar was missing looked like it was ripped from the wall. The bathtub was gritty and there was mold on the ceiling above the sink and it smelled like cigarettes!! Disgusting!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights just for a little getaway. This was our first time staying here and we really enjoyed the stay. Lorenzo at the front desk made our stay even more enjoyable. His customer service is impeccable, his personality alone made us feel welcomed. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to help in anyway. Thank you Lorenzo!! We will definitely be returning😁

The guy in the reception was very strange. Did not say anything (not even hi) when we arrived. Then he was looking both of us many times without saying anything. It felt like being in candid camera. In the middle night there were people partying for 1,5 hrs (1:30 pm onwards) so we could not sleep at that time. Ok breakfast, easy parking, clean room.

Nice clean big rooms. Clean sheets and bathrooms. Rug in the hallways worn out somewhat but not a major thing. Nice pool. Nice and hearty breakfast. Staff was friendly and attentive.

Police & crime scene vehicles were in the parking lot when we arrived. We asked & were told they were training.
Breakfast was included & was a full buffet.
Pool was nice & heated.
Commuter train goes close by but it didn’t seem loud in the room.

The hotel is run down. Small renovations have been done but things like the lamps are so worn down that the finish is completely gone and you can see rusted metal. The mattresses were comparable to a dorm mattress. The room wasn’t very clean. Chunks of dry wall falling off the walls. We will not be back.
