Shower should have a better water pressure. Never cleaned the rooms and I had to request to change towels on my day 3.

The breakfast was great. Jason at service desk was great.
We turned in our towels for new ones on Friday, said they out, and we would get new ones first thing the next morning, didn't happen we asked 3 more times for them said they didn't have any. They lied to us, seen their cart, there was several clean towels and they would NOT give us any. We wanted to take a shower and they would Not give us towels, we had none.Went for the 4th time to front desk and told them how they lied. So he went and got us some towels it was 3pm when we finally received our new towels. So much for first in the morning. We were there all day waiting, that just wrong to treat guests like that.
