I reserved an accessible room for my mother. I need to tell you that a few grab bars and a shower chair does not make a room accessible. My mother cannot get into a tub, full stop. We asked for an accessible room at the desk and there were none available for the first night, but the clerk worked very hard to make sure she could change rooms to one with a walk in shower for the second night. Kudos! But if you need an accessible room, specify a walk-in shower.

The staff were so friendly and hardworking. There was a really bad storm and power went out for almost a whole day and they put tealights in the stairwells and did a lot of stairs helping people get into rooms and keep us safe. And the breakfast every morning was very well done and lots to eat and kept clean. Well done ladies and gentlemen.

The room was nice. Walls are VERY thin - you can hear everything everyone says. The power was out (not their fault - bad weather), but we had to go buy a lantern or sit in the dark

Pros: comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast was great. Pet friendly and the location was convenient. Cons for me: no heated pool/spa. Located by the freeway and can hear the cars. Gap under the door allowed alot of light and noise in. outdated but I don't care about this.

The heating and air need an upgrade and more than one person working so if you need a blanket or something they can bring them it.

Wonderful service from the staff. Breakfast was good for the type if establishment and it was always warm to hot in temp. Only issue wouldn't be bad for rhe business; OVERBOOKED and crowded. 🙂

The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms just need some upgrades. The bed was not comfortable and the blankets/comforer were very light.

Clean, quiet and delicious breakfast.

We travel with our dog. Staff is always friendly and room is clean and easily accessible. Only complaint is the room key swipe has to be about 5 times before the light turns green. Otherwise, all is good. Convenient location to family and business.

What we did not like was, walking into out room, you can smell the over powering cleanser. Bathroom door was hard to close and when locked, I was trapped inside. Family could not open from outside Maintenance had to use tools. Definitely safety issue. Room was rundown. Mattress sag

The room was adequate, but not what expected. Furniture was old, there were NO dishes, but it was advertised as having cooking facilities, which consisted of a microwave and refridgerator. How many people carry dishes with them unless they know it is needed?? there was no easy chair, no waste basket , except in the bathroom. We will not be using this hotel again. The photo does not look like our room. Our dressor was also old. Needless to say the room was the issue. The breakfast was great, and the woman responsible was delightful, as was the receptionist. We like to relax in our room but spent as little time in it as possible due to thhe lack of a sense of comfort.

Arrived 9pm nobody at front desk ..SECURITY told mr that front desk was at lunch and id have to wait for check in after driving 3hrs with a car full of AAU kids. AAU family's avoid this place horrible snells bad also...

It’s a motel you get what you pay for. We stayed one night there was a homeless man in the hallway cops had to get him out so scary

My only complaint about this hotel is that I thought the beds were a little bigger and that the mattress was too soft so it was difficult to get a good night's rest. Everything else was fine.

This was the worst experience. The hotel requested another 100.00 at check in for a deposit, I had already paid for my stay in full when I made my reservation and they have not returned it to my card. I did not request any other services during my stay that would have caused them not to refund the deposit. Also I requested maid service every day, had left money for a tip, and no one ever came. I had to take my own trash out every day, and go get towels, which were piled into my arms by the front desk, with soap and toilet paper for me to carry up to my room!!!! All the dirty towels were piled in the bathroom for three days. The sheets were never changed and first night I found crumbs in my bed!! This is a dirty hotel, no service and I will never go back and will highly recommend you remove this hotel from your site. It looks like a tweeker hotel. I want my money back, I paid a deposit for what? To get my own supplies and clean my own room? I want all my money back and will file a formal compaint

Easy in and out of property

My sisters and I stay at Surestay Rocklin every time we go to concerts at the Venue. It’s affordable, comfortable, close to Early Toast Restaurant, close to freeway. Staff members are nice. Plus hotel has a continental breakfast if you’re interested.

Good stay

This was a great place to stay. We were in town for the aftershock festival. Breakfast was also really good. There was so much variety in the morning. The dining room is a little small and it does get packed. There are a lot of restaurants around that are within walking distance. The front desk staff was friendly.
