Coffee was terrible no real cream. Toes nail on the floor shower was nice soap good fan way to load. Most important bed was comfortable. Didn’t use hot tub or pool

A little run down, no bedspread on bed, had to run heater because not enough blankets on bed. Jacuzzi didnt work. Staff were very nice and accommodating.

This hotel cleans the rooms daily, keeps it well stocked and are very accommodations. If you need firm pillows you will want to bring your own

Arrived late. Only ground floor room left. Did not know it was located under the stairwell, across from ice, candy, and soda machines. Those soda cans and the ice machine made a terrible raquet - especially at 2:00am when you are trying to sleep.The room itself was fine but would not stay here again due to noise. Wednesday thru Friday nights were better on noise.

Check in takes too long. And 3pm is too late. (you can CLEARLY SEE the sign in the lobby that used to say 2pm, but it's been crossed out. And 3 written over it.)

Fully equipped with what are needed: microwave oven, fridge, coffee machine, adequate lighting, etc.

I didnt like much of it. Toilet would keep getting clogged or wouldnt flush at all. Place was run down ans worn out, floor was not swept properly. Tv was very small and had no volume, we couldn't hear it . The outside noise was louder. Couch in the room had stains from who knows what. I will never stay there again.

After a show at Thunder Valley Casino, this is the perfect place to stay, and a great price

It is not a big deal, but the shower curtain seemed especially upgrade

More options for the continental breakfast would go a long way. Even just bigger, better coffee cups.

Played in the pool with the grandkids,staff was lovely.

This property has cleaned room and cleaned linens and towels. However, there is an extreme low rack for hanging the clothes. If someone has the dresses, these dresses will bend and touch the floor. The sink in the bathroom is just a stand alone sink; there is no room for tooth brushes, tooth paste or combs and hair brushes. The toilet in the room we stayed did not blush right away! We had to wait for awhile for the water in the toilet tank to fill up in order to blush! The queen bed for two persons with medium size is okay but not for the big, tall and large people, and the pillows are half the size of the regular, normal pillows at our home! However, there are a large desk, microwave and small fridge. There is a TV, but only one fixed channel; the TV remote control does not work to change to other channels! This property is similar like a 6 Motel where we stayed 25 years ago in Reno! However, the staff people were nice. Next time, we will pay a little bit more to stay at a better condition hotel.

I liked the service and friendliness of the staff and the cleaniness of the room.

As a Wyndham Resorts member my stay was good and the accomodations were good.
