Convenient location with easy access from the road. Staff was friendly and helpful. You can use the facilities at the Residence Inn across the street as the hotels are affiliated.

I really liked this hotel, pricing was reasonable and it was the first hotel in a long time that I could tell it was very clean. We will be staying here again for sure.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds. When I checked in the clerk mentioned very softly that they didn't have any 2 beds but didn't tell me what type of room she was putting us in instead. My daughter and I had driven over 12 hours from AZ and when we got to the room, there was only 1 queen bed in the room. When I called the front desk, the clerk told me, well I told you when you checked in that we didn't have any rooms with 2 beds. To which I replied that she didn't tell me she was putting me in a room with only 1 queen bed when I paid for 2 queen beds and 1 wasn't acceptable. I'm giving a review of average because the front desk supervisor came on the phone and we were then moved to a room with 2 queen beds. So at least that was resolved satisfactorily. Another reason I give an average review is the breakfast. Breakfast was less than good, with very few choices. The scrambled eggs were on the cold and hard side, and the sausage didn't even look like it was fully cooked.

A little outdated but beds were surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast is ok at best. Staff was welcoming. Early check out was a little difficult. All in all it was the best hotel in that area. Walking distance from the outlets was a major plus.

We like this property and stay frequently visiting family. This trip we noticed some changes. Hot water isn't real hot....more like warm water, and the breakfast is pretty lacking. No hot eggs....just hard-boiled. That said the coffee is above average and very good. They need to step it up a bit.

Elevator was out, no hot water l, ironing board and iron didn’t work. Really disappointing for a Marriott property. Word one I have ever stayed at as. Good elite member.

We spent two nights on a business trip. This hotel was perfectly situated for our needs. We like to go for walks in the mornings, and there is a large outdoor outlet mall just a couple of blocks away that is perfect for walking the perimeter to get a couple of miles in (there is no fitness facility at the hotel). There are also some good dining options within walking distance or a very short drive. Interstates are very close, too. The rooms are very comfortable and have everything we needed. Overall, no complaints at all, and I'd stay there again.

Front desk was wonderful - she was great when I called in few days prior and was great at actual check in. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast just ok. Main complaint would be door hard to open & close & very loud.

Concierge was thorough during check in and friendly. My family and I wanted to do something different to bring on the new year and will incorporate our stay at Marriott for years to come

Tattoo needle on top of bed frame and hair.. beard maybe all over counter and pubic on the toilet with pee drops (dried) on seat and floor.

The property was clean, close and comfortable. Also, inexpensive. I am frequently visiting Vacaville but do prefer The Courtyard Marriott to The Fairfield Inn and they’re very close. I like the courtyard because it adds some nature and the rooms are prettier but this facility is fine.

Upon my arrival I was greeted by a manager that asked me why I was there. Not the typical friendly conversation I’m used to when interacting with hotel staff. Her question was more in line with an investigation than a friendly warm greeting. I think she realized how rude she sounded when I raised my eyebrows at her question so she rephrased to a friendlier warmer version of her question to which I responded “leisure”. She provided me with a card key and I went to my room. My room was an average room and was moderately cleaned with some minor stains on the floor which I was okay with due to the fact this hotel allows pets. I noticed some light fixtures in the room were broken however the main lights work. At night I couldn’t sleep due to the fact my bed was really itchy which creeped me out. I decided to leave at 2am and continue my stay elsewhere.

I was given a queen bedroom when I asked for a king bedroom. And they sent me a receipt that didn't show what I paid for

I was impressed by the staff there, the lady at the breakfast place , the room cleaning ladies and the front desk staff, they were all super friendly and helpful. The day I arrived was late, check-in was quick and sweet as my 4 years old was tired after a long drive there. The day I left, I accidentally left my tumbler cup at the front desk. The front lady named Amy answered my phone and helped to mail it back to me. I opened the package, the cup was well wrapped in a plastic bag and a towel so it won’t be damaged while in route. I can’t thank you enough for the help as I know she took her personal time to stop by the post office for me! In addition, the room was very clean, quiet and spacious, definitely will book it again when I come back in town.

Reserved 1 king bed and got 2 queens. Said it was first come first served. I checked in at 3:30! If you don't have enough rooms, don't show it as available! I reserved 2 weeks ago.

Morning complimentary breakfast was wiped out early and staff did not replenish. Room had no chair or couch in it which most hotels rooms have. Other than that bed was comfy and room was clean! I would stay here again!

Hotel is ok. Good value, comfortable beds. But the staff is what would make me come back again. The girls at the front desk were fantastic! great smile, ready to help.

I won't say much, I can only say that in the customer service area, people should be friendlier and unfortunately, since I'm not from that area, I went outside to walk, smoke a cigarette, and take my suitcase out of my husband and 2 men's car. Strangers grabbed my things and they almost took them. They raped me and killed me. I suffered the biggest scare of my life. I had to call an Uber. I left the hotel. I was afraid to stay because I felt insecure.

It was very clean, friendly staff and had all the amenities that you need. Has a large screen television and is a good sized room that was nicely furnished. Also, had a small fridge and microwave oven as well. Proper includes an indoor pool with fitness room. Highly recommend!

I booked for three adults for my wife, daughter and myself. One king and sofa bed, actually the sofa bed had no bedding ready. I went to the front but the staff only provided some bed sheets and around 10 towels, since they had no clean bedding yet. I am not sure it always happens but the hotel should prepared as customer booked.
