Courtyard by Marriott Vacaville

Setting was very welcoming. Excellent landscaping. Flowers & plants well maintained.

The manager claimed that after 10:00pm the fire electrical fire pit had to be off. Ridiculous- after a long day in conferences , training and meetings it is necessary to have the adult time to wind down by a fire outside in the comfort of the couches & chairs provided . Its location isn’t around any rooms and does not prove to be a nuisance. A great disappointment. I was made to feel like a young child and had to turn it off because it was late . Very annoying and unsettling to be restricted from the use of the hotel fire pit area.

DOOR WAS FUNKY ON ROOM DIDNT CLOSE PROPERLY.

The room was great. The courtyard and pool area was excellent with the covered cabana areas for adults. Also a young man checked us in and got us a first floor room, so we were very pleased. He got us a luggage trolly, and every time he saw us asked if everything was going good and could he help us somehow. Great staff in my opinion. We visit family here in Vacaville, and have stayed here numerous times before. And I’m sure we will stay here many more times. Also love that The Olive Garden restaurant is right next to the property parking lot, and the outlet stores are across the street. Also….the room prices are excellent.

Free Breakfast was not offered at this location. So we did not eat at the restaurant instead we went into the city

Housekeepers seemed bothered when we asked them to wipe down the bathroom, my wife is pregnant so i wanted her to be as comfortable as possible. Bathroom had bugs all over that were dead staff didnt come to clean em
