The hotel was very clean and quiet, this also if close toa hospital. I appreciated the cookies that were offered to me when i arrived and after the check out.

Great price for a last minute booking. Appreciated a later check out and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Was in town for the night for a show at the Wang Theater. Staff was very friendly, very helpful with recommendations. Bed was not the most comfortable. The room could use some tlc.
It was exactly what we were looking for for a quick overnight trip. I would absolutely stay again, especially if we were going to another show.

Booking was easy and the customer service is always top notch. Easily this is the best hotel I have stayed at. I stayed here for well over a month while my Husband was in the hospital. They were accommodating and easy to work with making things easy while I focused on other things.

When I booked at this Double Tree I was given a price of 160 dollars for the room. That’s the price I expect to pay. I got to the hotel to check in and the price doubled because of FEES. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE??? One of these fees was a PARKING FEE and I took the train in and a taxi!!!! I didn’t even park and was given a snarky attitude by the girl at the desk as if this should be some normal expected thing I should pay upon arrival! I was in town for one night with obviously no car to run around and find something so I was stuck paying almost 300 dollars for a room I thought I’d be paying half that price for. I then found a huge wad of toilet paper in the toilet upon arrival into a very mediocre room definitely not worth 300 dollars. And the bed and pillows are criminal they are so awful. I woke up with a back and neck ache and the beginnings of a migraine from the most uncomfortable sleep I may have ever had then loud insistent tapping on the door from housekeeping to round it all off. This hotel is garbage. You could not pay me to stay here or suggest it to anyone.

Our favorite hotel in Boston because it is near Chinatown and next to the T-station, but its rooms are on the small end.

I found some blood stains on the comforter. The staff did try to change it right away but it made me a little uncomfortable. The room service showed up in take-out boxes with small portions for the price.

HVAC made a squeaking noise all night. Mattress was rock hard. Could hear every vehicle and people outside from the 5th floor

Check in was fantastic. Touriya was amazing, she accomodated our request for a room on the same floor and continued to check in with us to make sure we were fine. Really appreciated the extra effort on her part. The area is easily accessible to everything which was great as we could walk to downtown crossing in under ten minutes. Definitely will consider them for a future stay in Boston!

Good property in central downtown boston. Rooms are sizable and clean. The property and room seem old. The carpet looks like it has not been cleaned for long time. We were there only for one night on a business trip, do did not get to experience much. We asked to extend the checkout but there is a $75 charge if you do that. Did not choose it.

I liked that you can pair your phone with your TV so that I could watch my Netflix on the TV (though they do also have lots of HBO channels). Lots of good restaurants within a short walk: Pho Pasteur (vietnamese), Penang (malaysian), French Quarter (cajun), Montien (Thai).

The room was quiet and spacious with a terrific view of Boston skyline. The location was convenient for public transport to the museums and around the corner from theaters and Chinatown.
