The front desk girl was absolutely rude. I have never experienced a rude desk person at a hotel before. They are usually very pleasant and welcoming, but not her! When we first arrived at the front desk the male attendant was waiting on someone else, while she was on the phone. It appeared as if she was on hold because she wasn't saying anything, just holding the phone to her ear for 5 minutes. I understand being busy, but she could have at least nodded to acknowledge we were standing there, or even smiled in our direction, but she didn't do either. When she finally hung up, she couldn't find my reservation and asked me in a rude tone "did you just make it or something?" I said no, I made it a week ago. She eventually found it. Then when I couldn't remember my license plate number for the form she actually started tapping her pen on the counter and huffed while my daughter ran outside to take a picture of the plate (usually they just ask for make and model, not the actual plate number...but whatever). When we were done she didn't say anything, just handed me the key cards and and went back to typing...no have a nice stay, have a good-night, nothing.

The smell was so bad. It smelled like someone threw up and it was covered up. It also smelled like someone was smoking inside of the rooms because you can smell it in the hallway!

Room was fine for what we needed which was a clean bed, shower, and great location (short drive to GA TECH). The staff was not over the top friendly, but nice. Free parking, free wifi, and free breakfast is always good. Unfortunately we were the end room by an exit door and it was very loud with a lot of traffic in our hallway and the dead bolt didn’t properly lock.

THE WATER IN SHOWER AND BATHROOM SINK WAS JUST SHORT OF LUKE WARM. TOLD THE FRONT DESK SEVERAL TIMES BUT NO CHANGE

The staff was friendly ! Bathroom was a little dirty upon arriving but the biggest issue was no hot water for a shower and very little water pressure .

Overall, the general conditions were good during my stay at the hotel. However, despite being a non-smoking hotel, there was a noticeable smell of smoke. The reception service was adequate, though not very friendly. The room was clean and presentable, and the hallways were also well-maintained. Unfortunately, the ice machine was not in working order. In general, it was a satisfactory experience.

Located right next to the Pink Pony. Either a strip club or equine facility. Not sure as I didn't venture over.

Roaches in the room, no coffee pot in the room, no iron etc.

The first day of a 2 day stay the TV did not work. It was not possible to move rooms because we had an infant with us and it was late. They did fix it day 2 but the toilet ran constantly. The room was also very small and did not have typical bathroom amenities.

A nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Only minor issue is a very slow elevator but otherwise enjoyed my stay and would come back again.

Room was clean and nice. It would be great to have mirror and a drawer. There was some smell of smoking on the floor my 1st room was assigned. The front desk staff are very nice, Jessica quickly changed my room. Meagan was helpful extending my reservation. Great staff!

Everything and everyone were great even house keeping staff were wonderful.

For my entire stay i had no hot waterand my room smelled lime smoke and someone was oking weed on the 3rd floor.

They have roaches don’t stay here

Easy to find, great service from staff, good size room (for the price you pay) I stayed for an extended weekend & this spot was a good fit

I stayed one night. Everything was nice and clean, breakfast was decent, and the service was professional. Great location. Nice little bar across the street (adults only...)

I didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. This is the first and only review I’ve ever left for a hotel.

Staff was nice. Hotel is clean! This is my second time staying here. Don’t let the cheap price fool you! This place is great! They have popcorn and breakfast! Close to city center too! We requested pillows and towels and multiple staff answered the call quickly! Hotel is across the parking lot from a restaurant. Walking distance to Roc South soul food and a smoke shop! Close to Lenox! We will be back!
