There was a used bath rag over the shower curtain when we got there. By the second night, the sink drain was completely broken, leading all of the water to splash on the floor. Not my favorite experience.

Wish we had a fridge and microwave.

It was little dated but over all great- hardly no one there.

This property is just out dated, gross, and dirty.

Some of the lights didn’t work. There was no refrigerator in the room. The tub and the sink was nasty. The curtains were broken. Paint was chipped and stripped. I was not expecting it to be that way

This has to be the most filty most u safe hotel i have stayed in to date. You literally cant go out at night cause there is some one standing out on the steps selling drugs or asking you if you want to buy them. The pictures are a complete lie. And the prostitute hoes use the parking lot as there trick stations. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE

Amazing experience

The service was good but as soon as we walked into the room it was pretty disappointing. It didn’t look anything like the pictures from the site we booked on and did not look like it was cleaned before us. There was multiple hairs found on the bed as well as in the sink. Hand smudges all over the mirror and walls were very dirty. The bed was comfortable but we did bring our own sheets and pillows and we are glad we did. Very sketchy looking and feeling with people constantly walking around the lot.

Hotel.com app faulty. I booked room just after midnight. I entered check in as now & check out the 29th. Dates were correct. When pressed confirm dates changed to check in the 29th & out the 30th which was wrong. I immediately tried to cancel with no luck. Talked to customer service which was zero help. Said couldn’t cancel even tho made reservations seconds ago. So irritated I just again tried to rebook but each time app changed dates when I got to confirm. I tried talking to hotel desk to get them to fix date with zero luck so I lost $120 plus $120 in rewards on a wasted night that I didn’t use. Irritated app changed dates. Irritated y’all can’t fix a reservation mistake whether mine or yours if within minutes of booking and irritated hotel refused to fix knowing all they were doin is stealing the money wasted for the following night when they were just goin to rent room to someone else & make double money.

Bedroom was not clean, dirty counters, dirty blankets, no towels or soap. Hotel staff moved us to another room, but it was almost the same as the first room. Cheap and location wasn’t awful pretty drivable to where we needed to go.

Room needs a god cleaning Crumbs here and there Stuff on the walls and hair dryer

Check in was fast and easy. The quality of the room was avg. Mold on the shower curtain which should be changed. Irritated that someone knocked on my door at around 5a to wake me up but the hotel cant control that.

It could have been a lot cleaner than it was and price cheaper

The door sometimes jams from the inside. They were not able to open it and said it would be sometime the next day before they could fix it. At 11am still not able to open it. They don’t have towels in the room and you have to request them.

Didn't have any issues but when it comes to check out, the staff is a little aggressive when knocking on your door.

The place is in need of serious repair. Floors were so dirty we wore shoes in the room. Staff was completely not helpful. They canceled our reservation because of a credit card failure and then charged us more than double per night for the room. Awful experience.

Really lovely and helpful staff at all times of the day and night but the room was very run-down. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector and holes burned in the shower curtain. I was not provided with shower towels. The property is set back off the road which is nice, and front desk staff were very attentive to issues I had. There is a bus stop right across the street and a really great Cuban sandwich place nearby as well.

I booked for 3 rooms double beds to accommodate the 6 of us that traveled but we were very disappointed with the environment, so dirty elevator was dirty with litters on the floor, knobs are dirty too. Rooms smells like smoke and the odor when you first entered the rooms was bad. the receptionist (Black tall guy) was very accommodating, he tried his best to help us and even showed us another room that did not smell smoke . We appreciate him and his positive rational for the situation helped. Regardless, Will try not to return to a place like this. Cops were called severally for one thing or the other this weekend by the front desk .

It is a cheap hotel, can't expect all that much. Biggest complaint was the WiFI never worked. It is in a very convenient location, near Buford Hwy and I85

2nd worst Red roof I have ever stayed in.. The floor was sticky. The sitting chair was filthy. The night stand was missing the bottom part of the drawer. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying in this hotel. We stayed so that we could bring our pets but I will gladly pay an additional fee somewhere else next time. The staff was friendly but stayed on their phones pretty much the entire time talking to friends while they help you.
