Centrally located, staff is very helpful, the view from the terrace at night is beautiful. We had an amazing breakfast. Excellent. Very reasonable prize. We highly recommend the hotel.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was quite convenient as the tourist sites were literally a 5 min walk away. The service was also amazing. Also they have an amazing Turkish breakfast on the rooftop. However the room had one thing missing that I didn’t expect. There was no air conditioning. There was a heater however. We struggled trying to keep the room at an ideal temperature.

The rooftop terrace couldn't be better with a view of the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Included breakfast was plentiful and wide variety. Staff are all very friendly and personable.

It’s very old and washroom was leaking. Construction is non stop so hard to relax in rooms but rooftop restaurant is very good

We stayed at the king suite with an incredible view of the Hagia Sophia and landscape. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Clean, well appointed and comfortable room. Highly recommended!

Seven Hills Hotel was amazing. Very clean, pretty and rooms were great. Large enough for the 3 of us adults. 1 king and 1 single. The staff was BEYOND helpful, kind, and Attentive-all of them!
The Turkish breakfast in the morning was incredible, there had to have been 25 dishes of different food items. The views of the city, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and water from the restaurant and terrace were breath taking. 😍 Walking distance to both- maybe 5 minutes! This was a great location and if we come back to Istanbul, we will definitely stay here.

The location is pretty convenient. Right next to Sultanahmet area. And the terrace is a must goto place for breakfast for the food and the views.

The whole staff at Seven Hills Hotel were super. They were genuinely interested in our having a great time. We had a private guide and they treated him equally well as he had breakfast with us daily. There was always someone at the check in desk to screen entrance and the whole atmosphere was unbelievable. If you have one or 20 days to spend in Istanbul, please have no reservations about making this hotel your home away from home.

The room and restaurant are both excellent. The staff is wonderful and they treated us like VIP’s. They serve a massive breakfast to guests. My only criticism is that it is exactly the same every morning. There should be an option to order off a menu for a lighter breakfast.
There are good eating and shopping opportunities close to the hotel. The hotel is located between the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia and close to the Cistern and Topkapi Palace. We also walked to the Grand Bazaar and the Spice Market from the hotel.

I did not like the seagull feeding on the rooftop terrace! It’s awful. It’s annoying and dirty. I wondered how well the bird poop is cleaned off the tables. And I worried the whole meal about having a bird poop on my head or in my meal.
It’s truly such a beautiful location, the staff are absolutely wonderful, the rooms clean and lovely but in my opinion it is ruined by these dirty birds!

We arrived before 9am after a 13 day Turkish group tour. The receptionist, I should have asked her name, was very friendly. She said our room was ready and let us checked in early. She also provided welcome drinks, Turkish tea, Turkish coffe, orange juice, apple juice etc. which was a good surprise. She also provided a map and gave advices for points of interests. Our room had some smell. We opened window for the day and was ok when we come back.

The location was the Best right around the corner from Hagia Sophia and SultanAhmed Square! The view from the roof was the best in the city. I loved Istanbul! So exciting and friendly. I felt very safe and welcomed😊

The staff were all exceptionally helpful, kind and respectful. Whenever I asked for anything, they were very accommodating. And the views from the roof terrace are awesome. I couldn’t believe how close the major attractions were and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I had a great stay at the hotel, very conviently situated as it was near the main sites. The terrace restaurant had fantastic views of the surrounding areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Well located, excellent staff - they couldn’t do enough for you. Ozi was fantastic, organised tours, restaurants and went out of his way to assist. Easy walking to all main attractions. Feeding the seagulls on the terrace is not my thing but others seemed to like it.

Great location and super friendly staff. The building is tired and needs updating. I don’t know what speaking class is, but the facility itself was not special. Seemed more like a 3 star to me. The exclusive rooms are ok, the regular rooms need refresh and maintenance. The breakfast was awesome both in food and rooftop view!

5 minute walk to Aya Sophia and other historical sights. Fantastic Turkish breakfast offered. Great views from the hotel terrace. Hotel staff were polite and professional. Ozzy on reception was very helpful with giving recommendations of places to visit.

The property is under renovations and workers worked later than usual due to weather. They have two elevators and one was not functioning for Most of our visit. Also, the property is in close proximity to several mosques which do five prayers a day and this is broadcast to the streets. It was a lovely experience but for some this may not be suitable .

It has been a pleasure to our family to stay at the Seven Hills Hotel! What an AMAZING location. Close to so many attractions within walking distance. Close to public transportation. And most importantly; SUPER friendly and helpful staff across the board! To name few Gukran, Ashkhan, Zefer, Ahmet, And Abdullah! The most delicious breakfast we’ve had!! We stayed eleven nights and we can’t wait to come back :)

This is a very nice hotel in a wonderful location. We stayed for the entire week and the service has been amazing. First, thank you so much for providing airport pick up and drop off service, this has made our travel so much easier. The check in was easy, everything was explained well, we were complimentary tea and water and we felt very welcomed. The rooms are clean, a/c worked great. The location is Wonderfull with ton of restaurants and all major mosques and museums of old town. The restaurant on the 5th floor was also great and convenient. The only issue was that some parts of the hotel is being renovated and some noise was heard in the rooms, but it wasn't too bad. Thank you!

Our stay at the Seven Hills hotel was one of the highlights of our 5-night stay in Istanbul. The staff was some of the most friendly and helpful I've ever encountered traveling--and I've traveled a lot. Everything, from arranging taxi rides, meals at unusual hours, laundry service, etc. went very smoothly. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. The rooftop restaurant was excellent and the views can't be beat. The location in the heart of Sultanahmet was also a big plus. I highly recommend Seven Hills.
