My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night and it was great. We didn’t utilize any of the services like the pool or breakfast, but our room was very clean and spacious. The lady who checked us out was delightful. However the man who checked us in at night gave us a bit of a hard time. When we inquired about the safety deposit, he told us it was $100, however we were definitely being charged over $100. He kept saying it was the system who was doing that but that’s not a very valid excuse… why tell us it’s $100 for the deposit but the system is charging us more? He got defensive and raised his voice and wasn’t giving us a clear answer. Aside from our interaction with him, our stay was good.

Good hotel, great location off highway. The night I checked in, the Asian guy at the front desk wasn't overly hospitable; felt like I had to pry for information. But, the east Indian lady in the morning checkout was super nice so it seems to be hit or miss with their employees. Nonetheless, I would stay there again.

I like the free breakfast and free parking feature. The room was very clean. It was also very quiet.

Staff was attentive and welcoming. The biilding, including elevators, was clean. Our room was comfortable and clean. Bed was comfy too.
Only thing I feel i would change, is to install door sweeps on the room entry doors to minimize sounds from the hallway and also block the light.

My family had an enjoyable stay. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast options were great. Shareza was very pleasant and helpful at the breakfast area. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is not the best option, really noisy rooms, we can hear the people next to us all the night. The beds are not bad, but the room was not really clean in special the bathrooms. Firs time there and not sure if it will be back, but there are other better options for the same price

The room that we were in was above the pool and the room was very warm and smelled like chlorine. It was 1 degree outside and we had to have the AC on to sleep as it was too warm to sleep

The staff were very accommodating, pleasant, and courteous. This applies to All, from those in housekeeping straight up to the front desk and management. The property had some dated features and the fan in the room was a bit loud when the heater turned on but generally speaking it was clean, safe and very comfortable. We will certainly be staying at the Hampton by Hilton in Mississauga again!
