We stay here because it’s right next door to the Oakville Conference Centre. The rooms are big and clean.

Convenience was the main reason we stay there. And we will stay there again. The public areas are spotless and attractive. The room was fine.The front desk people are friendly, helpful and efficient. We were were a little disappointed with housekeeping. They forgot to make up our room one day. On another day the the bed was sloppily made up and the room was not vacuumed.

This is a relatively new hotel and the room was in immaculate condition. It was very comfortable and had the benefits of breakfast, burgers in the evening, and a bar.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly especially Suma and Ange who were at the front desk / Reception. Both Suma and Ange were extremely helpful and always willing to assist.

So basically if staying in Oakville I would recommend staying here. Highway is right there as well so convenient for travel.

We didn’t care for the shower. It was a handicap room and water got all over the floor with the shower.
The bed was comfortable but I’m sure there were bed bugs . My boyfriend woke up with huge bites all over him.

We went there for a family trip on July 29 to Aug. 1st 2023 and our stay was perfect. The staff at the lobby and at the restaurant was amazing. The room was very clean and big enough for 2 adults & 2 childs. We went for a Blue Jays game and the hotel is about 30 mins from the Rogers Centre. (If there is no trafic)

foul smell in room, one of ther blankets had all stuffing on one side, no towels in pool area, and i had to remove the microwave from the cabinet and plug it in on the floor otherwise the breaker would continuously trip.
Some of the staff was amazing but there are defuinately things that need improvement.

We had requested 3 rooms for my family. We were very very happy with the excellent service from front desk staff who went out of their way to accommodate us all on the same floor. The rooms were clean and bright and wonderful to walk into. Honestly exceeded my expectations.
Staff serving breakfast were friendly and the food was good.
Will definitely be staying at Holiday Inns in the future. Thank you.
