We had a good time except for two things. When we got there employees or smoking right next to the entrance and I am really sensitive to smoke. I would really rather they didn't do that. The other thing was that I noticed that the staff have a tendency to carry on really extensive personal conversations to the detriment of the guest when the manager isn't standing right there.

Unfortunately, the hotel is right next to the railroad tracks! The evening check-in staff was absolutely lovely, Monica. The morning staff of checkout didn’t seem like they really cared for their job much. The breakfast certainly nothing to write home about. It served our purpose of a quick overnight.

The Hotel is just 'ok'...The breakfast was ok, not great, service was helpful, but didn't fix a unfllushable toilet after 3X. I fixed it. The shower is either really cold or hot. Good luck. We checked in an hour early after an early morning long flight and got charged and extra $50+tax.

Kitchen needed to be mop n swept, carpet needed to vacuum. Bathroom ceiling paint was chipping away.
Breakfast was good, Fred did an excellent job, he was helpful, happily greeted people, awesome guy whom I could tell takes pride in his work

No make up service for 4 of the 5 days we stayed in the hotel. Doors and refrigerator doors and bathtub were grimy.

We stopped multiple times at this place over the last 10 years as it’s a convenient location for our family . We recently don’t like to stay in hotels in SFO and found out a convenience to stay somewhat away from the city . The restaurants are kind of far from this hotel , but we became familiar with this area and found 15-20 min drive wonderful restaurants to eat . Check Burlingame down town for it .
About hotel . Lack of extra pillows in a room for 3 people to sleep . Will be nice to have also extra blankets . Breakfast: around 9:00 almost all food was gone . No big garbage can to throw the garbage away . The men who was in charge of breakfast was very nice and before closing the breakfast itself was making sure everybody got enough food . Overall a pleasant stay , BUT I think this hotel becoming a little outdated .

10 minute drive from SFO. Great hotel for families. There is a heated pool. Unfortunately our kitchenette did not seem clean and the sheets for the pull out couch did not look replaced. Decent breakfast, they have hot items.

When we arrived and checked in, we were told housekeeping cleaned rooms every other day. We checked in Thursday afternoon. When we checked out Monday house cleaning had still not been in our room. We had to go to the lobby and ask for toilet paper and towels. When we complained about the lack of cleaning service to the desk clerk, she in a very disrespectful tone told my wife that they only clean rooms if you stay more than 4 days.

Very expensive stay, with a really bad breakfast (eggs standing in hot water) and far from any restaurants (you need to get in your car to get a meal except for the bad free breakfast). $500 a night and they still charge you for outside parking.

Our truck was broken into in the front lot and they were no help. Notified them of late check-in and possibly early the next morning but had paid in advance and yet they canceled our reservation and refused refund. Unfriendly staff and manager unwilling to discuss. Will never return.

We normally like this hotel because of the pool and the kitchenette. The pool was closed this trip but the lady at the front desk got us a swim time at the hotel next door. Intially the front desk couldn't find my fully paid for reservation, which was nerve-wracking since the hotel was sold out that night. The hotel is under construction which takes up quite a few parking spaces on backside of the property. This particular time the room didn't seem as clean. The floor was sticky and my son found a several days old coffee drink on the floor next to the bed. We had to ask for a sheet for the couch bed, dish soap, a sponge, and more forks as our room only had 1. I didn't cook anything but there were no utensils in the room anyway to cook. Overall, the quality and attention to details in our room was lacking.

I would 10/10 stay here again! The hotel was so clean the rooms were so pretty and neat! The hotel breakfast is free and is honestly soooooo good I can’t even express how good it was, also this location is beautiful right next to the beach and has a walk way. I would stay here again

The hotel was being renovated, but it wasn't a problem. Room was very clean. The only problem came with the airport shuttle. It stops at 10 pm and our plane returned at 11:30 pm. The breakfast should start at 5:30 every morning, even weekends. Luckly our plane was delayed,so we were able to take advantage of it. Parking was great and we would definitely stay there again.

Stayed for a week and everyone enjoyed it (even the kids). The place was updated, clean, safe, and well situated for travel within all areas of the bay. The only thing that bothered me was that our room faced the railway and can be heard and felt throughout the mornings but I don't think there was much that could be done about that. Our other party whose room faced adjacent to the track heard nothing.

Everything was perfect, easy check in friendly staff specially the man at breakfast his energy was perfect. Clean and comfortable rooms. not a shopping area but there’s a nice trail you can have a serene walk near the waters edge

Room was fine. Food at breakfast was the worst I can ever remember experiencing. I took one bite of eggs and thought I was being poisoned Tried some coffee that was so bad, I had to spit it out.
